I also has the same problem. I ordered Wu-Yi tea for a month. I do not want to return the reamining tea, so I permit to charge for $37. Then there are $19.99 charge twice under Living Lean Las Vegas which linked to Wu-Yi tea. I never authorized to charge for it nor give out my account to another company. It is unethical and just complete 100% rip off from the customer. It is unacceptable for the customers who work hard to make money or to survive day by day where as Wu Yi or Living Lean can make money easily from hard working people. I would suggest to take strong legal action against to this company from all the complaint customers. read full review »

I advise anyone on this planet to avoid Wilmington Finance/Morequity. I did a refinance a year ago and regret that action every single day. It began with an appraisal done on my home by an appraiser hired by Wilmington Finance that over shot the appraisal of my home by approximately $30, 000.
This has resulted in a mortgate payment I simply cannot afford. I have submitted packages to their loan mitigation department trying to get a loan "overhaul" to lower my interest rate resulting in a more affordable monthly payment.

Inadvertently, i made two reservations for the same dates. One through days inn's site and one through a service that i thought was the days inn. When i contacted days inn to cancel about 20mins after i received two confirmations, i was told that both reservations were NOT able to be cancelled. i was also told that this was indicated on the site. i went back to the site while the hotel employee was on the telephone and there was not anything stating that the reservation could not be cancelled. i was redirected to windham hotels customer... read full review »

I have bought a hp pavilion notebook. Within the gaurantee it faces a lot of problems like in its LCD, DVD drive, charger and battery too. On giving it to the service center they replaced the defected parts. Lookin forward to the responce of the notebook, I extended its warranty with a fear that it can cause problem anytime again in the future and guess what, I was right. One payment of INR 6, 250 has been done by using SBI Credit card and opted for flexi payment. But cleared all dues including flexi payment well in 2 months advance and I started getting calls to asking me to make the payment but no one was clear in their terms and without any details. I actaully fed of attending calls of SBI (Calls from Chennai). And also I reached a stage where I told them that I am not making any payment and do what ever they want.

At the beginning of January I was driving my new 2007 Nissan Versa on the 401 outside of Milton. It was an extremely foggy day and pretty mild. I was in the centre lane traveling at about 110-120 mile per hour. When suddenly the driver side window shattered. It completely shattered into thousands of little tiny pieces.

We frequent McDonald`s every Sunday morning. When a lady with brown curly hair, I think her name is Christine is working, when she talks to other employees, she uses profanity. It`s not quietly either, the whole store can hear it. When she waits on customers at the register, she has to have the customer repeat everything they order, and then she either programs it into the register wrong and/or argues with you that it is not what you ordered. I bought a Maruti Alto Lxi 6 months back. After the second service, the car has become unsteady at 60 km/hr or higher speed, more in 5th gear. It wobbles and I took back to the dealer. They kept the car for 4 days, changed the tyre and gave it back but the problem is worse. They told me in between that they could not diagnose the problem. I was given misleading info by their customer service rep about returning an unopened/unused trial pack which cost $7.95 and was advised my charge card would be credit for the full amount. I spent money on first class postage to mail it back only to have them tell me almost one month later that they will not credit my account for anything. My Son Rishabh Thakur is studying in Class III - B in DPS Nerul and has been travelling by DPS school bus for the past 3 years from our stop at spaghetti, but now the DPS has told my Son to board the bus which is 800 meters far from the original bus stop from today. To our dismay the DPS bus came to our stop in the morning and picked my son. but called my wife in the afternoon and told her to pick my son from a stop which is 1.5 km far away from our regular stop. The owner David Andrae had promised we would receive qualified appointment leads. He stated he will be able to deliver 10 to 15 appointments that next week or more if we wanted. This was on our telephone conversation on November 6, 2007 that conversation was with a co-worker of mine of Appleton (another victim), myself, and David Andrae.

I am a director of a public limited company and among the highest income tax payer in India . I have heard about the credit card frauds but one realizes the gravity only when he himself is duped.

under this scheme if i purchased a voucher for Rs. 500, than the offer was to get the voucher for Rs. 1000.

I purchased tickets for 4 adults to fly from Calgary to Honolulu, Feb 10/08 to Mar 5/08 - through expedia, and purchased Travel Insurance on each of these tickets, also through expedia.
The insurance came to $200.00 per person, and it was all for nothing, we could have taken a fifth person and then some for what it cost us. We paid $600.00 per person to travel, and $800.00 for worthless insurance.

I had a very important business meeting at Tel Aviv on the 17th March 2008. I boarded Flight EK 501 from Mumbai to Dubai on 16th March 2008 and had a connecting flight from Dubai to Amman Flight EK 901. From Amman to Tel Aviv it was RJ 0346 operated by Royal Jordanian.
Luggage was booked upto Tel Aviv. but at Amman airport i was not allowed to take my luggage and instead was given a luggage tag by RJ in exchange of Emirates luggage tag.

HSBC is the useless one in customer care. I hold a credit card. First of all they were sending my statement to my previous home, when I had clearly instructed to send those to my current home address. Even after correcting this arrangement, they were not able to issue me the statements for last month even though i called and escalate people of customer care they told that i will be sent your statement through mail with in 3 to 4 hrs but till now i did't get, every next day is last day of payment(with out panelty).
please be aware of your customer care service.
