The Village of Westchester IL. salt truck struck my van on a parking lot, Febuary 21, 2008. My van was legally parked and the driver not not stop, by was in a hurry to get away. A accident report was made and we tried to contact the Village for assistance in repairs. A letter was sent to the Mayor and Director of Public Works along with an estimate for repair on march 26, 2008. They have not responded. The repair estimate is 812.00 for my left fender.
