I purchased an oil change (with the assumption that I would get a $10 rebate). When I sent in the rebate with the sales receipt they wrote back and said they didn't get my sales receipt. The rebate form said to make a copy of the rebate form, which I did - but not the receipt - but the copied rebate form had a samll portion of my receipt copied on it (the bar code and #) since it was stapled to it. I bought a Fujitsu computer and everything was fine with it until I sent it in too servicing at a Fujitsu service center in Memphis, TN. From there it took me over a month to get my computer repaired and everytime I called I got a mix message and very bad service from staff. I was not given the option to escalate the call to a manager--only when I called the corporate office did it go to a manager and I still got a mix message on when my computer would be ready and never had the option to talk with the manager directly. When I 1st opened an account with bank of america. I was told I could open a savings account at the same time no charge if I transfered money directly each month. So I had them transfer $20.00 on the 5th and the 20th. So when I started getting charges a fee. I called and was then told I had to have $25.00 per transactions or there was a fee. I have a work comp claim through my employer that is ready to settle. When I was forced to recently move due to my current rental being unsafe, I contacted my adjuster AND his assistant to give the correct new address in order to avoid delays in my Permanent Disability payments and left voicemails for both a full ten days before the next payment was due. I can not believe this story line about the baby swap, it's ridiculas. In the last three weeks, I have been phoned a total of 9 times. On two occasions (week 2 and 3), I was phoned twice within one hour. A recording claims "I have a call for you" followed by a pause ; then a telemarketer tries to sell Verizon products. On April 2nd 2008 I ordered a tension spring from this compnay and paid with my visa. I received a confirmation email shortly thereafter with an order number. On April 4th 2008, funds were withdrawn from my visa account. No other communication from the company to date. I've sent emails to the compnay requesting an order update with no response. I file a "ticket" with the company's customer service with no response. I have called nearly every day to speak with someone, but I just get an answering machine that is always full. Gentlemen: Prior to going to Shannon Airport in Ireland I bookred a car through Air Lingus. On arrival in Ireland, I rented a Hertz car at the airport. The representative up-graded my original car and sold me basic insurance. I asked him at the time if I wiuld be fully insured if I did any damage to the car. Based on web research, apparently these 2 companies are connected. They mentioned that the original Wu-Yi order contained a link for this program. Not to my knowedge.
