I purchased a bathroom vanity and mirror/cabinet which mounts above the vanity. All the screws holding the door hinges on were stripped when I received it. No instructions were included either. I called and emailed numerous times. Even though the units had a one year warranty, I was told that since I didn't report the problem within 3 days of receiving the units I had no claim. They sold me a one-year maintenance agreement which included 2 service visits. They provided one but refused to honor the other one because more than 12 months had passed since I purchased the contract. So I pre-paid for service and then they just kept my money and didn't provide the service. The owner was ridiculously rude to me. I asked her if she was ok with losing an established customer over a $60 maintenance visit and she said she was fine with it and actually LAUGHED. Beware of this SCAMMER. They are a fake staffing company that hires promotional models for events. The bill the client and keep all the money never paying the model (sub- contractor). There are 100's of complaints and people are trying to gather information to form a class action lawsuit. 2 problems with that. #1 there is no "real" information on the company all fictitious names and address. Hi, I have booked a Maruti Suzuki DZire on 1st April 2008 and I have been promised that I will get the delivery within 2 weeks.
