Ross at the Forum Shops
May 21, 2008
Today, I asked three different employees for help finding shoe strings. Not one of them could speak english. It made me so angry. I do live in the United States don't I. This is Texas, USA but I feel that I live deep in Mexico with no english speaking people, messy store, disorganized, long lines, no one can help you when you need it and not to mention the lousy merchandise they have. The only english speaking person was at the cash register and could barely understand what I said. I cannot stand that store and until something is done to... read full review »

Weseloh Chevrolet
May 21, 2008
On 5/18 the glass on the driver side mirror on my 2007 Chevy Tahoe was broken. I called the Weseloh and asked how much to repair the glass. Eugene in the service dept looked up my VIN number and told me the part would be $90.00 and the labor $48.00. I brought the car in on the 19th. That is where i ran into Gilbert. Without even looking up the part, he told me that the part alone would be $450.00. I told him that was absurd he said the price was high because of the turn signal on the mirror. I then told him that Eugene had quoted me $90 for... read full review »

Thirft Store
May 21, 2008
2nd Avenue Thrift Store, at Franklin Mills Mall, chooses to attach the price tags - on all their products - with staples! The staples often fall off from handling. Also... sales personnel neglect to staple price tags to many items. Many times I have found an item which fits, an item I really want to buy. Customers are not permitted to buy items that are not tagged! Whose fault is this? They flatly refuse to price, tag and sell items without tags... this is not customer service. It is unfair to penalize the customer because the tag either fall... read full review »

Ritz Camera by Benjamin Studios
May 21, 2008
Dropped off digitized artwork with Wolf Camera for processing by Benjamin Studios to create a portrait of my great-grandfather. Although they were supposed to get back to me within 72 hours, I didn't hear from them for a month. When I called Wolf they bounced me to Benjamin Studios who claimed to have not received the order. Subsequently BS "found" the order and produced a proof of the artwork which I told them was unacceptable because the reproduced image did not resemble the original. I asked for a refund and was told that... read full review »

Walmart-Smart Style
May 21, 2008
I stopped in the Smart Style salon at the Walmart in Oak Ridge, TN to buy Redken shampoo & conditioner. Both the shampoo & conditioner had sticker prices for an amount on the bottom of the bottle. When the cashier rung them up, they both came up with a much higher price. I questioned it and was told that they had gone up in price, but was not marked. I insisted that I should get them for the price as marked, but was refused. I then demanded she cancel payment. I also had to insist on getting my receipt to show that the amount had been... read full review »

Four Seasons Sunrooms
May 21, 2008
I bought a room addition from Four Seasons Sunrooms/Ambiance additions in May 2004. Room was completed July 2005 with a 10 year warranty. Right from the very beginning the room was never properly sealed, every time it rained water came through the roof in multiple areas. The first time the roof leaked there was major damage to a chest of drawers, which Four Seasons reimbursed me for. Every time it rained I would call up and complain that the roof was still not sealed. They came out and re-sealed the roof multiple times (I cant... read full review »

WinRAR
May 21, 2008
Through PayPal (account Plimus 4029357733 ca) and my Mastercard I purchased and down loaded Blog Blaster, a program that said it would allow me to put my "ad on 2 million websites" but what I got was WinRAR.exe, an archive management program that had no way at all of sending ads to anyone. I was flooded with other people's ads until I deleted WinRar.exe. Before that I complained to BlogBlaster and was told to read the instructions, and I did. These said nothing about how to put my ad on any website. I complained to PayPal and thi... read full review »

Puget Sound Adventure Boot Camp
May 21, 2008
Misleading, untrustworthy manipulation. This company promotes health and wellness for Woman in the Kent and Federal Way area of Washington, but their numerous inconsistencies and false information proves otherwise. I joined these boot camp months ago and loved the training I was provided by the Kent Trainer that just recently left in April 2008. I had a very bad experience with this company (http://www.braziliantravel.com/) and would strongly dissuade anyone from purchasing their services. They scammed me: I paid them for some plane tickets which I never received, and they have belligerently refused to give me a refund. My husband and I stayed one night at the Radisson Hotel in King of Prussia (Valley Forge), Pennsylvania. It was not a pleasant stay and we won't go back. May 21, 2008
This ordeal began when my girlfriend Sheryl and I were at a local social event. The owners of CheekoB, a new pet boutique here in San Francisco, arrived with a beautiful Brussels Griffon puppy in tow; they'd nicknamed him 'Hobo.' Randy Vo had been trying to partner with their pet store, and it was one of his dogs. American Express® Costco Cash Rebate Credit Card
May 21, 2008
Costco Amex card is a HUGE disappointment. I keep paying it off and they keep charging me finance expenses. I have had a credit card for 30 years and have never paid finance charges. I cancelled the card and still got finance charges. I will never get a card from Costco or Amex again - I am very unhappy- it is a bait and switch game - I will go back to my trusted credit union. The bill got missed placed and when I found it I was a couple days late when I paid it.
