Lifetime Fitness, Inc.
May 22, 2008
I've recently ceased my membership at the Garland, Texas location of Lifetime Fitness, due to several different reasons. This huge facility has thousands of paying members; however, they have a total of two racquetball courts. When I joined this facility in 2004, my first question to the sales rep was: "Do you have racquetball facilities?" When he assured me that they did, I let him know that I was prepared to do business with him. In the initial months of our membership, my wife and I spent slightly more than $4000.00 for... read full review »

iPOD Touch!
May 22, 2008
Received promotion in the Readers Digest to win a new iPOD touch. Tried to gain access to website and infcormed that there was no such website. It appears that this is not the first time that this sort of thing has happened as I have just read that similar issues have happened to other readers. Why advertise this promotions if you are just trying to "dupe" the public. Do you think that we are stupid? Extremely disappointed in R.D. I have been a customer for years. read full review »

The "Unlimited" claim by Verizon is not completely true. Because I travel every week I got an Air Card from Verizon. It works great everywhere but my home so I took it back and was told there was nothing I could do. After suffering with it for 3 months and getting locked into the contract someone told me I could get an antenna for it (of Course another 40 bucks)so I did and that still didn't work. My beef is with Maytag the manufacture. We bought a new Maytag Refrigerator Stainless French Door w/ bottom freezer in Aug 2006.
