Champion Systems
May 26, 2008
Champion Systems of San Jose, California prewired my house for an alarm system while the walls were open during a remodel. I paid up front for labor of four hours, even though John the owner was at my house for less than three. (I unexpectedly showed up at the house and saw him drive away after a little over two hours.) I didn't complain, just figured that things went easier than expected. As long as it was done correctly, I would let it go. Champion was to perform the installation of the actual alarm when the house is finished... read full review »

Besa's Pizza & Pasta
May 26, 2008
I had placed a delivery order from the referenced facility. Within 5 minutes, we called to make an addition to the order. At which point, they showed utter disgust and aggravation that I was making an addition to my order because they had already processed my credit card. I told them they could just charge my credit card for the addition, keeping in mind that I didn't want to change my existing order. He proceeded to be hateful, stating that the credit card company charges them for every time they process a charge. I have never seen so... read full review »

BumperTime
May 26, 2008
In Bumpertime's attempt to repair a minor scuff to my new vehicle's front bumper, Bumpertime caused greater damage by buffing the paint off of the bumper turning a barely noticeable scuff into a very noticeable quarter size chip. I was completely misled in the capabilities of the Company. Credibility of the company now in question since they refuse to pay originally agreed upon amount for damages incurred. read full review »

Goal Achievers - Jim Driscoll
May 26, 2008
I purchased goal achieving cds and books from Jim Driscoll. He never sent them. He received full payment. I spoke with him 3 times and we exchanged emails. He assured me that there was a mix up and that he would take care of the problem. After the 45 day lapse in which to file a dispute with paypal I have had no response to numerous emails and phone calls to his office "personal cell" and email accounts for Goal achievers and Jim Driscoll. He is a fraud who touts a 24 hour response to inquires. Do not buy from him he will not deliver and is a liar. This began Feb 2008 it is now May 2008. read full review »

I checked out complaintsboard.com and did Internet search on this company before ordering the downloadable software, everything seemed OK, that is until I paid for the software and after they received my CC number and 'receipt' online with a link to download there was no software to download. An email from them with the link to my software goes to Motivnation.COM (which is an automotive company). I called my credit card immediately and intend to contact the FTC and I've already contacted their domain registrar. Luckily, I... read full review »

I contacted this company regarding timeshare resale. They first told me they could get me my $ back from any other company, including their old DBA which was WHK Property Management Resort Timeshare Solutions. If you've ever signed up with WHK, they are now this Transworld Timeshare International. I asked where they are located, and the representative (Justin Dean) said Houston, TX. They are in fact located in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, just as their website says so. Their way of attempting to get your $ back form any previous companies i... read full review »

Standard Financial, Inc.
May 26, 2008
I just received their most recent scams, and I found this site before I did anything, luckily for me. This most recent attempt is a check from Custom Design, LLC, in Litchfield, CT. The bank is First National Bank of Litchfield. The amount of the check is still $4750.00, and the contact is the same, Brian Scott. The tax agent is now Ginger Perry. People need to stay vigilant and keep the public informed when something like this changes, so the rest of us won't get scammed. read full review »

3IX.org
May 26, 2008
3ix is the worst hosting company I ever used. They kept disconnecting my sites because of 'high server load' and they did nothing to isolate the cause. They just kept on suspending my account, and when I asked about their explanation, they just said 'your site is causing high server load'. I asked them to fix and apparently, after a week of series of chat support to them, they can't fix their own freaking server. I am so disgusted with their service that I asked to have my money back. We too have become a victim of the rip off from Privacy Chest via Web Detective. Upon cancellation of our "not so free" trial membership we thought we were done with them until we sat down to check over all our weekly expenses and realized we were unknowingly charged on Monday May 19th, for the $39 monthly service of totally useless Privacy Chest... that we didn't even realized we were signed up for. At any rate, since it is now the weekend and we can't get a hold of them until a business day to cancel this useless piece of crap we decided to take the time to warn others of this ripoff. read full review »

Doctor Mark Hoffmann acquired me as a patient about a year and a quarter ago and I indicated my concern for a colonopsony. I asked at every appointment and still nothing got done. I found that I was a year and a quarter overdue for the procedure. I believe Hoffmann was malicious because I had indicated that I was an ant-war Viet Nam Vet. Later he made a derogatory statement indicating that I had done wrong to my fellow vets. Hoffmann should not be a practicing doctor! Two Tulips Florist

My sister-in-law ordered flowers for Mother's Day through 1800Flowers and they gave the order to Two Tulips Florist. She ordered a bouquet of roses with other flowers in a purple vase from an advertised picture - a value of $95.00 for the special price of $75.00. The flowers did not arrive until 5:00 p.m. on Mother's Day. They sent an arrangement with no roses which was very skimpy, (mostly carnations and daisies) and some of the flowers were already wilted - definitely not a $95.00 bouquet of flowers.
