I actually thought I was ordering an actually kit of some kind. I did not understand that this was a web-based offering marketed and sold by this company until I checked my credit card and found that I had been billed for three months in the amount of $69.95!!! I have paid an unbelievable amount of insufficient fund charges every month I have been with this bank. When I make a purchase and the bank does not post it for weeks and I might make a withdrawal from an atm, the next day they will post up to ten charges that might be 2-10 dollars and charge me 35 dollars each. My husband and I purchased a brand new Odyssey Van in June 2006. Absolutely love the van. We have had no problems until we realized our air conditioner wasn’t working recently in May 2008. I have a personal loan from HSBC Bank ME, In May 2008 they have taken two installment from my personal account. My loan due date in on 5th of every month. In may 2008 they have deducted 5th May one installment as usual and on 28th May they did on more. When i complained about the second deduction they justified that, whenever the salary is credited to the account they will deduct the loan amount, but it was not happened earlier. I purchased a HP DVD 1040i drive on 10/18/2007. And it has already failed as of last week 5/21/2008. It has a 1 year warranty, now that is a joke. Try calling the numbers they give you, they are in INDIA. Then you are rerouted from here to there asked the same thing over and over( name, phone number, email address, model #, SN #). I believe they are trying to discourage you from perssuing the matter. At this point I would never purchase a HP product again. There support is useless.
