Hello, It's an awful experience with the Budget Car Rental at MIA. I rented a Chrysler Sebring on May 24 and return it in same day. I called this branch lot of times by phone (305)871-2722 and (305)874-4226 after I found that I left my Magellan 4250 GPS left on the car's windshield with a charger, pouch and a tripod in the sideconsole, but no body answer the phone. On 5/22/08, we took our 2 year old Poodle, Bobby to your clinic for a physical examination. As a part of this examination, the Vet took Bobbys temperature with a rectal thermometer. His procedure, I thought at the time, was unnecessarily rough and Bobby reacted with severe pain when the thermometer was jammed into his rectum. I signed up for the triple play. Converted my internet and phone service. It was a couple hundred dollars to do this. I agreed to the terms for one year. I have one cablebox, for premium channels, the remainder of the tv's are directly hooked up to cable and receive basic service. Finished product not same quality as in showroom. Use of dull saw blades obvious on inside of most cabinets.3 cabinets were cracked upon delivery and installed anyway. They were sent out by American Home Shield to look at my air conditioning unit because it was blowing hot air. I told the tech the first trip out that we think there was probably a leak instead he just charged it up and told us that AHS doesn't operate like that. We had to call them up again after it stopped blowing cold air. So we called J and L again days later and they concluded that we needed a new evaporator coil. AHS wouldn't cover it. UMG Buyers Edge and Sky Mall Magazine are in this together. I found out that Sky Mall was the company that told UMG to put me on their Buyers Edge program. Agora Solutions has billed us 2 months in a row now on Voice Messaging services we have never ordered!! Last month was a setup fee, and now, even after contacting them to cancel the service on our line, we have been billed again (their $ 8.23 monthly fee). WHAT is to be done? We are writing and sending them a letter. We are about to report them to whoever we can. After taxes and everything on the Agora Solutions (billed by 'The Billing Resource'), we pay an extra $10 on our bill. We are both out of work and cannot afford this scam! We tried to get warranty work done on our RV and had to travel 250 miles. we had an appointment and travelled from up north for the appointment they said they couldn't fix it that day and they had it for 10 days. When they said they were finished with it, they told us to pick it up that day, or they would charge us $35.00 a day until we picked it up we live 250 miles away, so we didn't get back down there until the next day. Kodak Estore was unaccommodating regarding a dead battery they sold. Their excuse? I had the battery just a couple of days over the 30 day exchange time. The Kodak Estore would not consider the time that it took for my order to come to me which was over a week. I stupidly thought that the battery was a slow charger, but it wouldn't charge at all. Now I am out the money. Please be aware that customer service at Kodak Estore is very unaccommodating and rigid with their 30 day return policy. I am a truck driver and have a required 10 hour layover at a designated motel in Creswell, Oregon. Because of my required layover I don't have a choice on which motel I would pick for my layover. We canceled our account with ABN Bank and try since Feb. 25, 2008 to get our remaining money transfered to an other bank. The reason for the cancellation was a extreme bad customer service. We had no more internet access to our account since October 2007 and the bank was not able to send us new dates for the internet access. They sent us 4 times a new card, but NEVER the necessary pin numbers and they were not willing to send this by registered mail or an secured carrier. My complaint is that I had to Wait more than 30 seconds on hold. Although this is much better than most other companies I have shopped with I believe that companies should hire enough people to answer the phones right away. I have opened a new Cash ISA account, the account has been opened wrongly for which I am following for last 3 months, but still no reply or confirmation from the Bank. Every time i receive a letter that we will come back not later than a date, but there is another letter on said with a new date. Secondly, I deposited a cheque for 3600/- which gets credited after 1.5 months in my account. For which again no response from Barclays bank.
