Their contract states that "UNDER THE LAW YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO PAY IN ADVANCE THE FULL AMOUNT DUE AND UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES TO OBTAIN A PARTIAL REFUND OF THE TIME CHARGE" I signed a contract on 4/23/2008 6:00PM and wanted to cancel my contract on 4/23/2008 8:00PM but they are not paying any refund. In spring of 2006 I purchased a 1990 3500 from Ellensburg Chevrolet. It had just had a fresh engine installed. I drove it 3500 miles and it started reading 15 lb oil pressure.
