Whenever I travel for work or leisure I like to stay at a Hilton hotel, usually a Hampton Inn. I have always had good service & an enjoyable stay and always recommend the Hampton to other colleagues. This company was told that I was going to be in Europe for a month and so I asked how I should pay my bill... no definitive answer. Came back to late charges, finance charges (for two months) and then also foreign exchange charges... This gas station is cheating on gas by calibrating the pumps to deliver less gas per gallon than what the pump says. I have noticed this many times and today I was convinced when the pump registered 15.17 gallons filled in my gas which has the capacity of only 14.5 gallons. My car gas tank was not even close to empty. I could drive another 40-5o miles on the remaining gas. Never be a customer of GE MONEY. They are cheating people. They are trying to trap innocent people. I was contacted by a person named William Parker at 866-623-8001 about receiving credit card worth $6, 000.00 on October 8, 2007. All I had to do was submit $200.00 which was deducted from my checking account. After numerous calls to their customer service number I spoke to someone named Jack on 11/16 stating that my information was processed and a card would be sent. The course is a 7 weeks for a Medical Receptionist. The instructor's capability and knowledge is out of date to what is happening in the medical field.A very argumentative and condescending instructor is what we got in our class. Just a note, she will try to make you do your practicum to one of her Doctor friend and will try to get you a job there for less money. I think she gets a cut on that. My wife and I wanted to see the Mediterranean area as a nice second anniversary trip. Started on 2/6/2008 just wanted to Add a fax line, that's all??? Said would cost approx $62.xx monthly fee would be $13.75 + tax. The first technician came on 2/6/2008 worthless, totally. I had switched my broadband plan from 512 kbps to 1Mbps. Right from day one I was not able to connect to the speed which I am supposed to. I get connected to the speed of 650-750 kbps. I had called their customer service multiple times (More than 30 times literally) still this issue has not been solved. I first got a small charge of $1.97 on my debit card from Liberty Fun Pass, a product that I did not purchase. Then a second charge of $1.95 from the US Patriot Card showed up on my account. I purchased a SD card from the seller Digital Media Source off Amazon.com. According to their refund policy, within 21 days of the order being placed I may contact Digital Media Source to request a refund. I did not receive any response from them at all after I contacted them through Amazon. Even if they decided they wouldn't give me a refund, I would have appreciated at least an explanation. Booked hotel in Bahrain via their website. Money taken off my credit card but was later informed that the hotel was fully booked. They stated I would only be refunded after 7 days which has still not happened after 10 days. Booked another hotel and money again taken off card. I purchased a black suit (pants and jacket) for work 7 weeks ago. Wore it for a week or two and took it to Troy Cleaners to get a dry clean. They did a good job for a decent price, so i brought the suit back 2 weeks later for another dry cleaning. I ordered exercise DVDs from this company because of TV advertising. The order was put through on my Amex in Dec for $149 then partially credited in Feb $137.65 and 2 aditional charges on the same bill for $31.45 and $40.89 I never received the DVDs - they said delivery for Canada would be up to 8 weeks - so by the time I complained to American Express I was too late to file a complaint. I have twice received and been billed for Bottom Line Yearbooks from this company with no way to conveniently deny or return these books. They bill you and send no way to even get in touch with them. I do not want any involvement with this company! By the way, for all of you that need the information; I did find the number and it is 1 800-678-5835. Inefficient law firm We have written to this company, that they have the wrong address. The mail is for our son, we have hand delivered the mail to him. He says he has taken care of it. I don't know. I was informed by Diners Club that the Diners Award points that I had accumulated over the last 8 years have been forfeited when my company closed my corporate diners club card (Citi Bank). I had joined the awards program on my own and was paying $75/yr since 2000 and had accumulated about 180, 000 points. Mr. Rubino does not respond to requests for service once he has your money. Paperwork advertises Lifetime warranty on materials and 5 years on labor. Do not believe this. Extremely poor workmanship and once he has all of your money, and you need service on the product he intalled, forget it, he will not call you back. On 5/31/08 I purchased a game from SpinTop Games called Mystery P.I.-The Vegas Heist for their price of $19.99. They sent me an email receipt with this amount stipulated as the total I was to be charged. I was charged $20.59, an overcharge of 60 cents.
