I purchased the jewelry on Saturday June 7 to wear to my 50th birthday party that night. When I went to take the necklace off it was tarnished! My reaction was yuk!!! I had just bought this necklace not even 24 hours ago. The next morning my neck felt as if someone was taking pins and needles and pricking my neck. I lasted all of that day and into the next day. Now I just have some itching. I haven't taken the jewelry back to kohl's as yet but I do intend to so they can see what they're selling.
I hope this complaint doesn't fall on deaf ears because the next person may not be so lucky.

We bought the Black series (king size), supposedly Top of the Line for $2500. After less than 3 months, there were two troughs in the mattress. Simmons states that up to a 2" dip (with no one on the mattress) is acceptable. It cannot be slept on with that much of a dip. We are not sleeping at all, wake up achy all over. My wife and I are both in good shape and definitely not overweight. We wrote letters to Simmons but got no where with it. I want to throw it to the curb!

The owner, Ray, will not accept any responsibility for his mistake; He is very hostile and should not be in business. I took a table cloth in for dry cleaning; it had some food stain on it. I had dry cleaned the same table cloth at least 7 other times at another dry cleaners; All the stains would come out; Ray not only did not get any of the stains out but he did not offer an apology or an explanation or as a good gesture a free trail to get the stain out. I took my vehicle in for a detail. When I hurriedly picked it up at the end of the day, it started shaking and then the 'service engine soon' light came on. I took it to a mechanic, they said the problem was caused by the coils getting wet. Called the salesperson, he said to send him the bill. He said this sometimes happens. I don't know if this is a consumer complaint, but I think people should know about this company. My husband worked for them, despite being warned by other installers. They retained a large sum of money from his check in what they call "escrow" to insure any work that he did for them, he was told that he would get the entire amount back since all of his work was excellent. Back in 10/26/2006 I paid NHCD 29.00 for long distant services I would be making calls as a lead person trying to sell their discount services. I order a game on line from take2store. The game was to include two extra games for free. I had it shipped to my mail forwarding service in Washington, and then had it forwarded to my temporary home in the Philippines. We got the shipment in the Philippines, opened it without realizing that we were only looking at one of the extras, and not even the original primary game. I have been using broadband of bsnl since oct 2006, since then I am facing problems regarding connectivity. It disconnects every 15 days and I am not able to deliver the work on time to my clients. It's last past month that my connection is not working at all and on several complaints I am not able to get the assistance. I do not have any outstanding on my PCO connection. The line is disconnected for non-payment. When i call customer care, i am told it is a error due to a mistake from their billing dept. This is not the first time this is happening. I register a complaint but without any action. This speaks of the poor quality of service provided by one of the subscribers claiming top rankings in the industry. As a customer am i supposed to compensate for their internal mistakes? read full review »

I am not at all satisfied with the services provided by the dealer and even company Area sales manager, we got a odrej Washing Machine dated 20/May/08 from one of the exhibitions in PUNE and we got the delivery the other day. These people are very cleaver. I found a charge on my card for them that I did not authorize for 19.95 last month. I went to my bank and had the charges reversed and that card canceled. A new card was issued to me and this month they charged that one too. I would love to know how this keeps happening. How can they get my new card #? My problem is maintenance issues. Since I have moved in in January, there have been many maintenance problems that I have brought up to the office and have never been taken care of. One major issue is the mice problem. I have been told three times now that pest control is coming out and they never come. I have bought some traps myself and have taken out a total of 7 dead mice in the last two months. Another major issue is the air conditioning that doesn't work. Fraudulently misrepresents the quality and health of her dogs. Her dogs have genetic and hereditary diseases, and some congenital diseases, that she does not disclose to the buyer. Some of these health issues may cost the buyer thousands of dollars for vet costs. Although she claims she has a health guarantee, she does not honor it and has no qualms in violating her State of Florida Statutes 828.29, which is Florida's Puppy Lemon Law.

I went Superstar for alignment today. They told me that alignment for 2 wheels for $50 and 4 wheels for $90 but they need to inspect my car first in order for a correct quote. They put my car on the alignment machine and said they were "checking the tires" I kept asking them and making sure they know I need to know the results first before they do anything.

Very poor management. I was charged $100.00 for a satellite dish on the balcony that was there when I moved in. After there 6 months they lease to neighbors that slammed doors and played loud music and I had to have proof they were doing so. I finally got of my lease because they would not evict them. I purchased a Sears Oasis washing machine November 2007, after 6 months the machine would not spin, the Sears repair man came out and fixed it. He stated that there were problems with this model. In June 2008 the machine would not spin, Sears said this is unrelated to the other incident and this would not be covered under the warranty. After I connected I started to discover problems, new-year eve first weeks January, i partially ignored problem, (blinking monitors, turn on and off by itself in sec-two intervals) In the first week of February I called Future Shop, Broadway Vancouver BC and ask if I can bring computer for repair. Just noticed an unauthorized credit card charge on May 20, 2008 from a company called "HB Products Unlimited" in West Jordan, Utah. Charge was for $69.97. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from Sunset Strip Shoes. The first two pairs came in the wrong color. And the last pair was back ordered. I contacted the company about what I could do about the shoes that came in the wrong color. They took FOREVER getting back to me and then gave me the run-around. I wanted to keep the shoes that came in the wrong color until I new they would pay for the return shipping. I never heard from them if they would or not.

Got it out over the weekend to use for the second time and it went up but couldn't get it down, had to use pliers to turn the release gear. This is very dangerous. On 8th June I was traveling on the 17.04 Edinburgh Waverley train station to Dyce Aberdeen. I went to The Pasty Shop within the station and bought a Steak & Stout Pasty. The pasty was tasty and hot, however on my arrival at Dyce at approx 19.45 I started to feel a little ill. As the evening progressed I felt increasingly worse and as a result spent the next 24 vomiting, with hot and cold flushes, stomach cramps, diarrhea and loss of appetite.
