I saw the offer for a free trial of tea to lose weight. I responded to it. I never received the tea. Then, surprisingly, my bank account was being debited by two companies - Wu Yi Tea and Living Lean - and I didn't even know who Living Lean was! My bank explained I had to call Living Lean so I did. They did refund but only one month, not all the months they had been taking money away from me. But it got worse - apparently Wu Yi Tea was still taking money out - and the bank gave me their phone number (not orginally available). When I called, it said cancellations had to be on-line.
