My husband got into a car accident. It was terrible and of course the car we had just barely paid off was totaled. Here is another case engaged in business misconduct, misleading information, and fallen into a trap by ALL TUNE AND LUBE. We were convinced that we will have 100% of their guidance and support to run the business. They made us signed took our money, and basically they told us good luck. We bought our new Fleetwood home in dec. of 07.Sence then it has been falling apart literally. They have sent several construction crews out already to make repairs. Although Xentel was told in no uncertain terms to stop calling us to sell Shriners' and Old Timers' tickets, they will NOT stop. They will not take no for an answer. On June 11/08 I went to pick up my silk suit that I had only worn once, from Metro dry cleaners. On the jacket I noticed that the buttons were undone and the collar was pressed straight up, this was odd to me, so I inspected the pants. Pinnacle Collection services was sent my Westgate Lakes Account on March 17, 2008, this year. Their fees as of right now are $614. I cannot use my timeshare until I pay this $614 although I have paid up the fees and maintenance on the timeshare in full. I've been suffering from constant pain for the last 4 years. It started right after the dentist did a preparation for a 3-unit bridge to replace a missing tooth. For two years the dentist was unable to find the cause of the pain and was suggesting various dental procedures including bridge replacement, nerve canal treatment, etc. But none of them helped. I pulled all of my teeth on that side and spent a lot of money. I found bruises on my daughter and filed a complaint with the police and with children and family services, i am going through a custody battle with the father at the present. they would not even check to see the bruises. I also filed a report to the police and he did not even try to see the bruises because it was dark outside, i met him at a gas station with a nurse friend of mine.
