Do not believe anything they tell you or let them into their home. I was told that I would receive a new "home cleaning system" if I let them give us a demonstration and provide them with my opinion of their product. Timeshare lifestyles promised us they could sell our 2 timeshares after we gave them 1600.00 to cover the supposed advertising fees. That was almost 2 years ago and nothing. I purchased two twin beds from Linders Furniture in Torrance, Ca. I was encouraged to buy the extended warranty in case they broke, chipped, etc. I was not really sold on the idea but the salesperson said, if your kids jump on the bed and it breaks we replace it. I was told if the paint chips they would fix it or replace it with a new one. I spent over $1, 000 on the beds alone and decided I would get the insurance. Back2back in California gave my mom an initial quote of $3909. She lived in a small duplex. The day she was to be out of the house they arrived demanding an additional $5, 000 or they wouldn't move her. She was frazzled and paid the money. They are a terrible company. I believe they take advantage of the elderly. They boasted about free storage and then charged $800 for warehouse handling fees. Please look elsewhere - don't even get a quote - they lie. Put an order in for digital prints back in June - it is mid July and I have not received the order. I have called them twice and emailed them three times. In April 2007: I originally refused delivery and Sarah called me and said you would replace every panel free of charge and mailed to me ASAP. Do not use this guy. Calls himself "Peter Lee" and is a big advertiser on Craiglist, with daily ads about granite counter tops, bathroom and kitchen remodels, etc. We made the mistake of using him for a condo bathroom remodel and it was a disaster. I told the salesman that my son had just been in a car accident and I would be traveling to Minnesota, therefore had no spare finances for the ad this year but may be interested next year. Keith Thomas was to have cut down dead trees in our yard, ground down stumps, and returned with mulch. He was 2 weeks late in removing the trees and then asked for the entire payment. Vacation Rental at Table Rock in Shell Knob, MO is a rip off. They over charge for a poorly kept lake cabin with no lake view. They also ask for a deposit which you will never see again. Their cleaning expectations are ridiculous. We left the cabin as we found it and they said "it took five hours to clean it" and took our deposit. I got at my daughters house at 9:25 am today July 17, 2008. There were no PS Form 3849 at the door. Windows are open and I am inside the room above the entrance door. This company was paid for a very large landscaping project at our home. One month after the start of the project 2 large expensive trees died. Owner promised they were covered under warranty and they would take care of it. One year and two months after the project was dropped by Dreamscapes we have had to hire someone else to buy trees and plant them for us. I sent a certified letter to Dreamscapes and they refused it. FDC Servers sends out e-mails about upgrades available. They do not send out any information on who can receive these upgrades. Upon attempting to purchase the upgrade, I was told I do not qualify. I state that the e-mails stated no information on the people this upgrade offer applies too.
