This place is full of liars and theives. The manage, Kim Sullivan, is full of BS and is very, very rude. These people took $2500.00 up-front (don't ever pay these people up-front) for dental work and dentures. Well guys, this is 1 year later, I have no teeth and the dentures they made were for a horse..I can't get a refund and I can't get a good set of dentures. i sent in payment they ripped the check diagonally corner to corner the reason i know they did it, the dollar amount on check completely gone they wrote it on top of the returned check the check was stapled to a paper dated 7-24-08 and the envelope dated at the post office 08-06-08 because the check couldn't be cashed they put a hold on the card, the next day the statement came in the mail $39.00 late fee $23.00 intrest they screw up and want the consumer to pay or is this a way to cheat customers read full review »

What a nightmare - ordered a gift basket for a sick friend, website misleading makes it appear that this companyhas an office in Edmonton...it doesn't. I was promised the basket would be delivered that day as I had ordered early in the morning - nothing that day, or the next or the next. After contacting Gandy in order to have a new roof put on my home I agreed to having them do the job based on service promised, cost of job, as well as time till job could be completed. After giving them
$4300 down on the job and two reschedules of start time they have cashed my check and now have their phones disconnected. Today I reached another company at Gandy's phone number and was told that Gandy has "gone out of business" and will be contacted by a lawyer to ensure that I get my money back. I ordered a PFAFF Mega Hoop on Sun July 13, 2008. I paid $139.99 plus shipping through PayPal--of course the amount was immediately deducted from my account. I have tried numerous times to email 2 different email address [email protected] and [email protected]. I also called the toll free number. No answer-nothing. I also filed a claim through PayPal. My fiance and I went in and custom ordered an indian outfit from Sunny's 8 weeks before our wedding. The staff was friendly, and helpful, and we were assured that the outfit would be there in 6 weeks, and that it would be made as we specified, in black and silver only, as it had to match our decor. We made sure we stressed that point as the outfit HAD to be black and silver ONLY. Took our Mazda5 back in, as they didn't repair properly the 2 things under warranty that we requested last visit. The front wheels shake when stopping or driving on the freeway. This is an ongoing issue with many Mazda's, when the brake rotors warp due to bad manufacturer or over tightened wheel lugs. The service dept claimed they turned the rotors, but it still shakes when driving or stopping. The wheels and tire balance are perfect. I have called for the past three (3) months about a lingering $10 balance that should have been cleared for over charging me for products that I did not order. You call the store and they tell you to call the 1800cricket number and they are in Asia. The man tells me that he cannot get into my account. So, I asked for a supervisor and he tells me the same thing that he is not authorized to get into my account. That I have to go into the store to tell them this situation. The current Store Manager Brent Schlosser at store #255 is playing the favortism game among his employees . There are those employees that don't work their full scheduled shifts every week and he lets them do it all the time. Or they take hour and a half breaks ( oh I had to stop by the bank, a lot of traffic on the road and etc...) I have been receiving correspondence from the Camelot Group stating I have won an on line lottery for 183 odd million dollors. I followed through with all of their requests until the delivery company requested payment of between $795.59 to $556.91 dollors depending on how fast I wished to receive my cheque. That's when I realized this is nothing but a scam! I have more information on how to contact these guys and the ref/ batch # of my winnings. (contact me if you need it)

For six or more months I have been trying to get an account review on my late charges. There were promises and letters sent stating that the charges where going to be dropped but they still remain on my bill. I have talked to different people and they have all made the request for a review but still dosent get done. I have tried countless times to talk to them on the phone, each time having to explain my statement to them and them having no idea who or when I last talked to someone there. Pacific Sales had an open house and I put a down payment on my 36" dual oven, refrigerator, hood (for oven), dishwasher, and warming drawer ($14, 000) worth of Kitchen Aid products. We expedited the building of our home (husband has cancer). We are 5 weeks away from moving in. We went down to pay off the balance. We have been informed we don't qualify for any rebate. According to the repair policy, I paid for shipping costs to have the bag repaired according to the Coach standards most people know. I purchased a $900 Ethan Allen New Impressions Dining Table in November 2007, thinking that this table would be of tremendous quality that would last a lifetime.
Within two months the finished surface of the table began to blister and crack, revealing unfinished wood beneath. When I called Ethan Allen they told me to use a pen to color the unstained wood. I did that and it looked terrible.

I have a newegg preffered account which is managed by this bank. I have called customer service 3 times for some account information and when they do not have the answer all they do is hang up the phone on you!
You can not get a live person if you call back, all you get is a recording with your balance and your payment due date.

This Store has only 2 Check-out clerks at night and since this store is used by the Neighborhoods of North Park, University Heights, Normal Heights there is always at least 20 and sometimes more People than that in line waiting to pay for their Groceries - This store is frequented by the Latino Illegal Alien Population for those areas causing communication problems because few of them speak English.

A recording comes on that says this is the second notice that my vehicle's warranty is about to expire and I should get it renewed and to push 1 to speak with a rep or press 2 to have my filed removed.
