I ordered the Fix it scratch remover and SPECIFICALLY did not order any of the other scam add on items they try to hook you with when you place the order. The total was about 20 bucks. When the order arrived, it was a huge box full of useless crap like a cheap plastic "turbo vac" and other stuff, and the total was now over 50 bucks. We have purchased eureka forbes "Aqua Guard RO Total" for my house utility purpose in jan'08. They are supposed to do 4 services in the warranty period but they have done only two services so far. We voluntarily called the service people thru phone No.044 39883333.on 6.08.08. Inspite of several remainders they have not responded to clear the defect. It was on one of the first weekends that Fina opened in Los Altos. As I was making my purchase, I accidentally knocked over a jewelry stand near the register. One of the owners, Ron Barajas, loudly sighed and went to pick up the items that fell. I thought that was really rude of him. On an opening weekend, you would think you would be extra nice to your customers. The room was dirty and had a horrible odor. The bathroom at the airport was cleaner than the bathroom in our room. The shower was rusted and there were bugs in the room. After serving my Honda Activa at JayBee Honda at Guwahati for Rs. 700/- the next day I got all the same problems for which I did the servicing. I found that one of a plastic part on front wheel is changed with a old one. Front bonnet was loose. It is making sound. It took me 7 hours for getting my scooter serviced. Calls received stating icici credit card department regarding health insurance offers. Offers sold on wrong commitments like return of premium after 3 years with 5% p.a interest. also interest and service tax is charged which has not been told earlier. on contacting the service centers, they are unable to assist and behave utterly illogical. I have been charged 29.95 (CLICKBANK) FOR governments records and cannot get my product. I have sent my receipt number---proof of pay, only to be stonewalled and told the receipt number is inaccurate. This is clearly fraudulent taking of money without the product. This and other company's advertise cameras at lower prices than the norm and as available for immediate shipment. Then once you order and give them all your credit card and personal information, phone numbers etc they send you an order number claiming that shipment will take place within forty eight hours. After some time when you call to ask about the shipment, they inform you that the item is back ordered for six to eight weeks.
