Do not ever take your pets here. I took my dog in today for a vaccination. I've been taking her to Banfield for around 8 months. I should have known something was wrong when the receptionist came to leash her and she submissive urinated; she hasn't submissive urinated since she was a puppy. I was told by our moving company that I should notify Sears to send someone to bolt/stabelize our washer and dryer prior to transporting them. In three occasions I was told by sears representatives that this can be done and we were under warantee and an appointment was made three days prior to us moving. The aparment complex exercise room has not had air condition for a month! Also, the equipment in there is less than adequate and could be dangerous. The treadmill sometimes stops abruptly. I have complained numerous times to the manager and maintenance and I keep being told they will repair the ac and get some good equipment. My rent is not cheap and I cannot afford to join a health club and when I moved in I expected to have a safe facility to work out in because that is what I was told when I leased. I bought a 62" HDTV (Mitsubishi) from Best Buy in November of 2005 and paid $400 for a 4 year extended warranty. In the approximate three year time frame of owning this television it has been broken three separate times with an average repair time of 1.5 months and the longest time being over 2 months. I have been through 4 dryers in just 4 years. the first one had bad pipe threads on the inlet and outlet. the second one burnt out the compressor, the third one did the same, so they gave me a whole new model. this one keeps blowing fusus and they won't even speak to me now. After several emails and a recorded delivery letter of missing or incorrect units, I have now found today that the electric cooker ordered has been delivered as gas and i do not have gas connection or want a gas cooker. Still outstanding missing shelves, corner unit fillet and wrong glass doors.
