If you order it, you might as well plan on hiring a moving team. This service is very unprofessional and the service is very poor. We do acknowledge that the older/senior seasoned repair represenatives are very good and understand that the customer comes first. It is the younger and non-senior repair men that are very unprofessional and rude. The company needs to examine the way they do business before they will be forced to close their doors. I received a defective DVD from this club, and there is no way to speak to a person, it is all aoutomated. The only way I can get it fixed, is if I pay MORE shipping and handling and send it back, and two to three weeks later I can then maybe finish watching the movie I was 90% done with.
