Once Dawn gets you to sign she transfers you over to Nancy and she will always tell you that she will call you back and never does. They do not live up to the contract. I tried to buy a Canon Camera today. They guy inisted I needed to buy a $89.00 battery as the battery that came with the Powershot SD 890 lasted only for 10 minutes. Sure! His name was Jacob. I called Canon to verify and they said he was absolutely not telling the truth. If there was no address on their website, they were not authorized to sell Canon Cameras. I checked their website and there was no address. I have asked local Advisor Which Country the Headrails for VERTICAL Blinds are manufactured. I was told they are made in Nottingham. I was told the Blinds are made to measure. All of the dvd's were badly scratched. The sixth season dvd's had english subtitles taht took up half the screen, were in jibberish, and could not be turned off by a menu selection. This company has not paid me for notarial loan closing work as contracted in June 2008. I have called their phone numbers, but reach a recorded voice that their phone numbers are disconnected. I just discovered that there are other similar complaints. Westerra Credit Union has put forced-placed auto insurance, for an additional premium, on my car loan, even though I have car insurance since the origination of the loan an dit has not lapsed. I recently had a plumber to our house (8/18/08) from Weddle Plumbing to fix a leaky faucet (brand new) and plumbing. The gentleman was very nice and arrived in a timely manner. Part of the way through the job, he said he would need to use plumbers putty to adhere the drain trap to our new sink. He mentioned he would need to go back to the store to get this. He said he did have something in the truck that would take 24 hours to dry, but recommended the plumbers putty because we could test it immediately.
