I rented a flat from Grant Management with 3 other professionals. In the course of 10 months: - they harassed us endlessly with inspections (always when we weren't home). - charged us administrative fees for nothing! - refused to reimburse the deposit to anyone but the lead tenant. - did not maintain the common areas of the building (no lights in stairs, garbage in the close, etc.) - sent us letters just after we moved in informing us that if we did not renew the lease immediately, they would start showing the apartment to potential new renters during our working hours. - threatened to ruin our credit ratings. read full review »

I had booked a spot taxi for drop to Yeshwantpur railway station. I called them 15 min before the scheduled time to inquire about the driver details and got the response that the booking is canceled and they can't provide another taxi. This is ridiculous, how can I count on these people, as there was no prior information. I could have missed my train. I to have have been on the other end of the C1 nightmare. MSEB does the Bill value a complete figure say the bill amount is 395 then it will charge 400. Why it is so? And claim that a discount is given if paid before some date. But my experience is that I never get the bill before the discount eligible date, though I can pay it. I purchased a sword set for my 17 year old son on warhammer direct.com in April of 2008. The money was taken out of my bank acct 4 days later. After much thinking I decided to cancel the order about 3wks later. I waited the 2 billing cycles that they said it could take to get a refund and still no money. Now 3 months and numerous emails later still no money has been refunded. I can't seem to find a phone number for they company. This complaint is to the traffic department of mumbai. I am staying in shivaji park, road no.5. I have 2 auto accessories shop in my lane because of which there is always a traffic jam in my lane. The shop owners allow customers to do double parking in a small lane because of which the other cars cannot pass through. I rented a house from this Realtor/Broker and ask him (Hubert Rotterville) several times in front of several witness if the house was in foreclosure before we signed the paper, after one week I ask again and the day we moved in, but each time Hubert Rotterville stated that his house is not or ever will go into foreclosure. We moved in on June 17, 2007 and the house was in foreclosure in August 10, 2007. I submitted my rebate with all necessary paperwork. I received an email that I qualified for the rebate and the website I was referred to gave a confirmation # and other legit-looking details. I never received my rebate. It was supposed to be in the form of a $25 prepaid Visa, making it even that much more possible for a scam. This dry cleaning establishment has twice lost my clothing. The first time I was upset but accepted the fact that my clothes were lost since I understand that mistakes can happen.
