In order to get our home equity loan we had to pay an outstanding balance of 10, 2000.00 for art which we purchased. Our bank sent a direct wire on april of 2008 and it is no where to be found. The check has been cashed. I purchased a Nintendo DS online. I did not notice till after I ordered the product that it was refurbished. The website claimed an order could be canceled within 24 hrs . Within 1 hour of placing the order, I left a message to cancel with all pertinent info requesting a call back. I placed a second call the same day saying the same thing.
