The Moorings provided a horribly sub-standard yacht (51.5 foot sloop) for my sailing vacation. After informing their fleet management of several serious defects onboard the boat nothing was done to correct these defects; the Moorings also refused to provide a different boat. My Dad bought me a Schwinn bicycle in 1964. The bike is still in out family and my father's great grandson is now riding the bike. I am a new subscriber of AL Shamil Network. I applied on 3rd Sept 20o8 and on 4th or 5th I got a call saying that the technician would be visiting me. The technician came on 6th and installed te modem and the network was available till Sunday the next day till 11 am after which it dissapeared. This is in complaint to Verizon and DirecTV service. Which Suck!!! They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. I ordered a triple bundle package through Verizon I finally received it 2 months later and the TV and the satellite never worked never had a *** signal. Direct TV wants me to pay a $500 early term fee for something that never worked. Even to fix it they told me 4-5 weeks that was insane. We had already waited to long to begin with.
