I have an AMC with the company for acqua flow water purifier. The AMC expired on 9.9.2008. In the month of AUGUST 2008, the water purifier stopped functioning. The matter was immediately reported to the customer service centre and i was given a complaint number (51673714) and an id (1000829479). I had complained to the call centre on phone number 39883333. I received a computer generated call/recorded message from them. It said one of my prescriptions could not be filled, and rattled off the number before I knew I needed to write it down. Took my dog to petsmart Pethotel. He was there for 4 days. On arrival he was throughly examined for admission. We got him home that night, he was very tired. The next day found my dogs testicles were the size of a grapefruit, and the skin was sloughing off. I addressed this with the manager, and heard about their 3-step cleaning process. This is the second home that I have built. Never have I run into so many unresolved issues...not only did it take over 6 months to finish, it was done carelessly. The railing did not pass code. It was visible to low on the wall. They did not cut out a space for the hot water tank tobe vented. I purchased printer ink for a very low price 6 months ago. they debited my account $22.0. I've never received the cartridge. I called them 4 times over last several months for my ink. they said it would be sent out. I waited 6-8 weeks, it never came.
