Reception staff on our arrival can best be described as 'surly' and very uninviting. We felt that we were intruding on their domain and not welcome guests. These people even went as far as to have loud arguments about whose roles was what regarding guests. One such argument happened in front of the room full of breakfast patrons. This is regarding the HP office bus, route number HP ST SD ROUTE 23, Vehicle number KA01C8043. The driver was completely drunk in the morning at about 8.40 A.M and the bus was boarded with HP employees and then at Bellandur junction hit our car in which me, my son ( 3 years) and my husband were in. After logging a complaint with the HP - SRS guys, we did not get any support from them (Mr. Sadanan) rather they have been sending us back and forth from one person to other. I received a coupon for a FREE 12 week trial in the mail. When I went down to the club the owner told me that I would only have to pay the monthly membership payment of $39.98 for the 12weeks (3 monthly payments), weather it took me the 12 weeks or a whole year to finish the trial. None of the customer service representatives that I have spoken with are consistent with their knowledge of how this service works. I feel like I was penalized (and actually I was) for making a payment before it was due. When I first subscribed to this company, I asked for all the details as to how this service worked. Our company has had a terrible experience with the staff at Maximizer. We have used Maximizer 9 CRM software with great success. I wouldn't recommend for anyone to use Flagstar's Escrow to pay your homeowners insurance. They are well known for allowing homeowners insurance to lapse and then put in place the forced placed insurance. They did it to us twice and the second time...we didn't find out that there was a problem with our homeowners insurance until we had a house fire and this is how we had to find out it.
