My associaton is responsible for all ranch style condos back yards because they are attached to eachother, per the bylaws. They refuse to fix the gate or fence that is in much needed care. They did however put a new post in so the gate door does not collapse. I emailed them to please trim my tree that they have trimmed for the last 4 years in my back yard and it states int he bylaws the Homeowner cannot trim the trees or bushes and in the ranch homes in the backyard. I was riding on your bus from Penn Station, Newark NJ to Buffalo. The company charged me, without my authorization, in full for services not performed and goods not received, falsely represented that they were insured and bonded, and have refused to refund my money! I'm very disappointed with the service offered by Chicagoland carpet cleaners. I hired them to clean my apartment because I was moving out. On they phone, they only quoted me $125 for the cleaning and told me that it would cost extra for spot treatments (like wine stains etc.) But when they came over, the technician bumped up the estimate to $475. I ordered shoes from this company online that I needed for a dance recital. I placed the order 6 weeks prior to the recital. 2 weeks after the order was placed I received an email that the shoes were on back order for another 5 weeks. Protect America, Inc is a security system company. They suppose to protect you but watch out if you didn't read their contract carefully you will get trapped!!! In my case I got a 2 years contract and I moved 4 months before the contract is up. I called them for termination and I faxed a cancellation letter to them. The apartment complex has a deal with Time Warner Cable that gets them money. So, they are not allowing the residents to choose the cable service they want by locking up the box for the connection and refusing access to the other cable companies. We asked for access so that we can choose the service that we want, but they are not relenting. We were not informed about any such rule when we signed the lease. On receipt of the product, which was broken, the merchant refused to issue a return authorization number. Their shipper had an unauthorized person sign, even though the appropriate person was clearly listed on the bill of lading. I have tried for a couple of days to cancel service, do to the fact that it will not work on my phone line any more. Madison & Mitchel, Inc. acted as a collection agency, they collected on our past due debt in the amount of $ 1, 350.50 on three different customers and never paid our company. The only way we found out that they collected is that we turned these customers over to the attorney general in our area and the customers informed the district attorneys office that they paid this collection agency. I purchased Tag Heuer Aquaracer Watch in LasVegal Mirag Casino Watch shop. It is a automatic watch and do wear it everyday. I'm finding that this watch stops if I don't waer it for at least 6 to 7 hours. It suppose to work at least 2-3 day without wearing it but it does not work if not wearing more than 6 hours. I booked a 3 star rating hotel in Overland Park, KS, expecting to receive a moderate class hotel. Instead I received the economy hotel of Drury (PEAR TREE INN) a 2 star property.
