I purchased an Ideal Spa Cover, Inc vinyl replacement cover for $430 just over 1 year ago. Just this past week, I noticed that ALL of the handles and tie downs (made of webbing material) just absolutely disintegrated! The company warranty says that they will fix the vinyl but that I have to pay for shipping BOTH WAYS which is going to cost me another $40-50 for fixing their defective cover. We went to Baxter dealership and bought a Crysler mini-van, at that time the sales/financing guy said that if we bought 2 vehicles we would get $10, 000 advertising special bonus off the top of the Dodge 2500. I totally trusted this doctor. My biggest mistake. He ended up ruining my whole nose, including my health. He turned my nose up almost 100%. He calls it the Barbie look. Seriously people, if you order a free trial, READ THE TERMS AND AGREEMENTS!!! It will typically say you have 14 days or 30 days to cancel or they will start charging your account a certain dollar amount. If you do cancel with in time frames, write down the date you cancel and who you talk to. That way, if the merchant continues to charge your account, you have the proper information to give your credit card company when starting a dispute about the transaction.
