Don't ever book with (bookIt.com). They overcharge you and miss lead you. I booked 4 days in Los Cabos and they over charged my about $400 more. I also booked for 4 adults and they ended up having to book 4 people in one small room with one bed and pull out sofa bed. Can you imagine taking a vacation where I'm at a resort and I have to sleep in a sofa bed? When I called the bookit.com about the booking they said it was my fault for not reading the fine print on what they have provided before I booked. Be careful with these site. If I were you, I would use a different travel site. They suck! read full review »

We ordered 2 Angus burgers at the Sonic Drive-in on Vance Jackson & Loop 410. We were shocked and disgusted to bite into partially frozen meat! Took burgers in and manager only offered to cook us new burgers (I tried to eat mine, but couldn't after the previous experience). Manager gave a lame excuse about why burgers were frozen. They were also out of the right buns for the burgers and after going into the restaurant, I will never give them a second chance due to the messy and dirty conditions.

They promptly took my order on line, and the Sales people are very easy to reach. However, apparently they can not 'transfer' you to anyone in Customer Service or Shipping. They can only take a message.?????
Never received order. The tracking number said it left their company, but didn't make it. I called, and sent 4 emails. Finally received a "canned" email that said they would ship another one... Nothing! After 5 more canned emails, and numerous times to talk to someone... I called my bank and asked to return my money.

I would like to throw this complaint out into the virtual world in hopes that those of you who read it will be able to avoid dealing with this company. I am a user of Evercom Services and ever since Sunday 9.14.08, I have been unable to make a payment through the on-line service or on the phone with the csr. Each time I've tried it states, "validation failed" and no one can tell me why. I've called them and they've told me the only other options are Western Union or sending a payment via usps (postal service). I can't believe it. I'm tired of trying but I want and need to talk to my loved one. When he calls, it will be the last until I can get the payment through. Western Union is a NO and USPS is a NO. I received a notice to extend my (Old) car's warranty (even though I sold my old car almost 7 months ago) through Consumer Protection Services. Although I already believe that extended warranties are a ripoff, I called their number to see if there was any way I could be removed from their mailing list or to let them know I no longer have this old car for which this extended warranty offer was subject to. I got an answering machine that was full and couldn't let the company know I don't have my old car anymore and was not interested in receiving further mailings from them! read full review »

I have been a faithful customer for the past 10 years. Every Xmas I buy like 600 to 700 hundred dollars of merchandise. I've spent over a month and a half corresponding with this site. I ordered a product August 7th, 2008, I received a confirmation email the very same day. A few weeks went by and my order still hadn't arrived, so I contacted them and they told me the item was back ordered for a few more days, but would ship out within the week. I wait, no package. Avoid this location at all possible costs!! My DH and I went there to get food for dinner; when we received it, I noticed that my Whopper Junior was cold and mentioned it to the manager. What does she do, does she make me a new one? Heck no!! She NUKED the friggin' thing!! Okay, fine - go with it to avoid issues.

I purchased the above mentioned tv from Ecost as a refurbished unit, however, it was still under warranty. After having the tv for only about 2 weeks we, like many others, started experiencing the picture going off after only a few minutes of viewing. I have been living here for a year now and I can tell you that it is not worth living here. Yes the rent is cheap but you make up for it on gas. It takes at least 15 min to get anywhere. Also, you would think that being out in the middle of nowhere that it would be nice and quiet. NO!! Every night there are fireworks going off from Disney and you never know at what time. They go off anywhere between 9pm to midnight. There are always kids wondering the street at night and the playground needs serious replacing. It is horrible. I wont let my... read full review »

They sold diet aid to my son who is a minor. Then they debited his account twice for product he never recieved and made his account go into overdraft. Not only should they not sell diet aids to minors, but minors can not enter contracts without adult signature. Have contacted company. They claim they closed account and they asked for proof of his age. I faxed them proof but have not heard anything back. company has at least 15 illegal mexican immigrants employed there, this is a nursing home/health care facility.Everyone else employed there had to have a criminal background check, because of the vulnerability of these residents.These people come in very close contact with the patients..entering and cleaning their rooms, working in the kitchen ...etc. they are also taking hours from union paid employees.How does this facility get away with this? do we know if they have a criminal past? an answer would be greatly appreciated. My remodeling experience with the Kitchen and Bath Depot was very positive. I was pleased with the level of professionalism. They understood what I wanted in a kitchen and were able to design the perfect space. Their selection of cabinets and counter tops was also good. They worked within my budget and timeline to create a beautiful kitchen. If I had to do it again, thank God I don't, I would certainly use the people at the Kitchen and Bath Depot. I brought my car in to be washed after noticing that vandals had thrown eggs on it. On checking in, the order person told me that eggs were hard to remove, so I asked him if they were going to be able to get it off. He said yes, and said we could send it through again if needed. When it came out, it was not clean. My wife asked if they could do anything, and everyone played ignorant until she asked to speak to a manager. Watch out for Costco: you get what you pay for, plus some extra damage. I got my lenses replaced there, and they needed to be adjusted once they got back from the lab. Not a big deal and entirely expected. However, the first saleswoman they had help me, Marilyn, automatically bent the frames ("boxed off" in her words) back to being perfectly symmetrical, consistent with the shape she thought frames should be. Now they say that they can block his calls because our daughter who lived in Iowa had a phone bill years ago with Qwest that wasn't paid. That was when she was married. She lived with us for a while a year ago and her name was on our Frontier account but it was also in our name. StoresOnLine has refused to speak to me, has rejected my 3-4 email communications, has blocked my emails as scam, and is now trying to send back the software that Marguee Halladay received and signed for on 9/8/8. (I have a signed receipt to prove the company did in fact receive my return).

I returned the product within the 14 day trial period and was assured, in writing, my credit card would not be charged $59.95. I had enclosed the letter, highlighted their terms of the agreement and hand wrote instructions to not charge my credit card. One week later the charges were processed. I called the company and explained the situation, a credit was generated. Waiting to see if the credit goes through and if additional charges are processed next month. After doing research on the breeder I have come to find that he has had numerous investigations of puppy mills. When I called the pet store they had no sympathy.
