I bought $15, 000 in appliances and matressess from the Brick. The items were for a new house. Most of the stuff came within 4 weeks. Except my stove. I saw an add for this green tea on Facebook and placed an order for a $4.95 sample. I was called to see if I wanted to extend to a monthly service, which I declined. I just checked my credit card statement and found 3 charges in one month for $69.87. I phoned American Express who is responding directly to the company and refusing the charges though they can't guarantee that additional charges may be put through. This company is a complete fraud. This company is connected in some way, with the Grant Search or Grant Research coorporations. They have been repeatedly charging me amunts from $9.95 to $49.50 a month. One of the companies I called, said that it was a monthly fee that was incurred because I did not notify them to cancel after the 7 or 10 day trial. HELLO! I never read anything that said this was a trial fee and that I would be charged additionally afterwards. Although I have cancelled all future charges and closed the account, I think I still lost a substantial amount of money. I purchased a Kenmore Elite Oasis washer and dryer in July 2007. My washer was beeping the other day and it would not work. Sears sends a repair guy who spent 2 hours installing a sensor and another part. THen he spent 1/2 hour in his truck in my driveway (all the while I am missing hours at work). He then told me it was the motor that needed replaced and my total bill at this point is $621. My washer is only 14 months old! This is ridiculous! I was visiting Dr Vimi Bajaj regularly for my prenatal care and follow-up and ever so more regularly during my last 8 weeks of pregnancy. At none of the appointments she failed to diagnose that I had low amniotic fluid. In July I requested a sample of their product for the cost of shipping. I received another month's supply and sent it back. There was no bill included with the shipment. However I was billed $89.31 to my credit card on 8/19. I contacted my credit card company about the charge and noticed another charge had been made on 9/18. Sometimes you have money and simply want to put them in bank and earn some percentage. Why would you place them in traditional bank and earn very low APR and APY when online banks have much better offers. Touchstonecatalog.com was the online company. We ordered two pet condos in espresso finish. Each took about an hour to assemble. When we got to the last piece of the product to assemble, which is the table top that is visible to all, both pieces had damaged corners. The second condo did not assemble well, and the door does not close properly. Our call to customer service was not handled well. I purchased a new ST1300 in March this year and within days of owning the bike it began to surge and miss at about 100 Kph, the selling dealer can not fix it, contacted Honda MPE, bike in perth for a week and not fixed, Honda MPE have decided that the bike is ok the way that it is as well as the incresingly noisy gearbox, the bike has only done 1500 Kms now, They write that they can be of no further help. I have a set of stack-able Quiet Glide Craftsman Toolboxes. I had them for about a year and really only put them through light use. They sit in my utility room and store all my tools. Well the other day I go to turn the key on the largest box and the lock assembly fell apart. The part the key inserts into came right off the box, and the rest fell inside the box. Cresent Bank & Trust repossessed my car over one payment. When I called to get info to pay, the agent told me I owed $1, 028! My car payment is only $288.00 late fee included. These guys are all over Florida. My roof leaked in places it hadn't leaked before they worked on it. After a couple years of problems they said the warranty expired. Mind you they job was never done right and though they did come back a couple times it was only after repeated phone calls. My new roofer had to tear out all their work and start again. This is the biggest rip off Furniture Store in the State of Massachusetts. They do not return calls, they lie through their teeth. You never get all of your furniture delivered at one time. There is always something wrong with pieces that had to be repaired. They tell you the furniture repair man will be there. They never show up.
