If I return a $154.95 bicycle, it will cost me $40 to have had them ship me the wrong bike, $40 cost for me to ship it back, and then a 20% "restocking fee". So I would have been out of pocket $110.99 for a bicycle I did not order. Numerous emails and voicemails have gone unanswered. By far, the worst customer service experience I have ever had online. I have just recently moved from Toronto to Barrie. Prior to my move I was checking out all the opinion boards online and noticed that most moving companies had bad comments against them, I wasn't to sure who to go with so I started asking friends. One of my co-workers suggested Two Small Men as he had used them a few months before and had a good experience. I decided to book with them. I purchased a 2008 Honda Silverwing in the later part of June 2008. This bike came with a blemish while rubbing against the crate during transport to the dealer. My hot water I had a pin hole leak in the cold water pipe spraying water everywhere. The plumber replaced the hot pipe which by the way was the easier one to replace because it did not have any shut off. Wilkins sent the plumber back out I showed him the leaking pipe.
