I ordered a replacement lamp in June and after 3 weeks of different stories of when it would arrive I cancelled the order. I had not received the refund after a week and called to complain. I was told that they had just changed their process and could not refund my card and that it would be sent out in the form of a check. I purchase a RV warranty from Heritage on 5/25/2004 with it came a refund guarantee. If no claims were made on the warranty for the duration of the contract (4 years) that I would get a full refund of the contract price $4885.00. My claim for refund was processed on 5/26/2008 yet I have received no payment. All attempts to find out the hold up have given me no answers. They had sent me a check for 3950.75. The guys name I talked to was mike. The bank I took the check to looked into the check. The bank on the check was real and the check would of cleared. But when the bank ran the address of the person who wrote the check it came back a residence. Everyting claim to provide you can not only do yourself but they also provide no legal protection . You can still be sued and held liable. Save yourself the time and make arrangments with the company yourself otherwise you end up paying legal fees and still giong to court. I was unaware that I would be charged for the download services that I performed. I was under the impression if I was a member of Netflix, I could watch certain movies free of charge. All I ask is for you to cancel whatever I had downloaded on my computer for those movies. I will also have my credit card changed if need be. This is very unfare to do this to people without their knowledge of being charged. Please be kind enough to cancel the download to play movies on my PO. I don't know where to start. In 2005, our dear Spot chihuahua had an ACL surgery on her left hind leg which we paid $1500, then an additional $200 for "rechecks." Spot's limp never went away and soon enough, she stopped walking and began to whine from pain. We spent $80 on Tramadol which the doctor prescribed. Spot began spacing out and vomiting. Within my 1 night stay at the Ramada the power in my hotel went completely out. My 2 children and i stayed outside for 20 minutes before the maintenance guy finally returned handing me a key and telling me i had to move rooms. I was paying over $400 a month for this warranty, but the first time I needed it, the company only agreed to pay $75 of a $250 coolant pump repair. I found Investor's Building and Loan while doing an internet search. I spoke with a man named Darren many times and also a woman named Katie. They told me that I would have no problem getting a loan but needed $495.00 to process the loan apps, etc. Once they received my $495 it became very difficult to get a hold of them. They know how to play the game and keep you hanging on hoping that the loan will close soon. We began correspondance with them in October of 2007. We still do not have a loan. This company debited my checking account for 49.95, claiming that I have fees for a credit card that they are going to send me. My bank showed me the bank draft and I was livid. The customer service number was on the draft, so I decided to call. I was caller #17 then when my turn came the operator says, were sorry all of our customer service representatives are not available ''sorry for the inconvenience''. And hang up. Then I type the name in my browser and there are more people telling the same story. My bank is disputing this for me. I have gotten the run around from this company for the last two months about processing my gap insurance. They sent me a list of documents that I needed to send, and when I send them tehy first claimed not to have recieved them, and when I sent them again they told me that they needed additional forms. I sent those and they are now telling me I need a form from the police report of the accident that has already been sent away for state archives.
