I called to talk to Mr. Vandyne from the law offices of Curtis Barnes. This was in reference to a call that my mother in law received from Mr. Vandyne about a debt in the sum of $ 2241.29. I've ordered many products from this company. I would give them a 50/50 chance of getting a good product. I know this stuff comes directly from overseas and is probably why it's a bit cheaper. The biggest problem is customer service then product quality. I've requested refunds before and it took a lot of effort to get a refund. You did get a new one, right from the factory. They are apparently coming without set screws. Normally a part is removed and thrown away at the time it is replaced with a new one. I ordered 8 U-joints to fill your order and others with no issues except for the one you got. If you will measure the diameter of the set screw, I will see if we can find a suitable replacement. I believe each u-joint has 4 threaded holes. If you used only two (One on lower joint and one on upper joint) with a little thread lock, it will work fine. read full review »

Island importer is simply bad company. I was a groomsman at a wedding several weeks ago. We were trying to make a decision on if we had to order one more outfit at nearly the last minute for a really expensive price and we called them. My in-laws purchased a GFM television undera year ago and it started having problems a month ago. The speakers started popping when the tv is first turned on and lasts for about 30 minutes. When I contact GFM they tell me that Meijers is responsible...When I call Meijer..Meijer tells me they have a 6 months warranty and after the 6 months the manufacturer should honor their 1 year warranty... Upsells everything: Sparkling water, bread, entrees. We were upsold a salad for dinner then were charged $19.00 for a plate of lettuce, canned red peppers and small amount of crumbled goat cheese. Larry and Greg Pence built our home in 2001. Our basement has flooded four times since we moved in October 2005. We have called the Pences to ask about the drainage and grading plans but they have never returned our calls. In addition, but unrelated to the flooding, they left the old driveway from the former house in our yard so the soil won't grow there. We took a Jaguar X-Type in for service in April of 08. We told them the car was making a whining noise and it was still under factory warranty. They put a power steering pump on it and said we needed new tires. At that time the car had 26, 000 miles on it. We put new tires on it at the cost of seven hundred dollars and put the car in the garage because we don`t drive it every day. This company has repeated called with high pressure sales tactics. I have repeated requested to be taken off their call list. In each case the caller has hung up on me. Here are the specifics for each instance. The first time was to say we had a credit from previous travel with them in 1999 and 2003. As I was telling them to take us off the list they hung up. The second time they said, with our credits we could travel for as little as $99. When I request they send information in the mail so I could review it, they hung up again. I was involved in a disagreement with a Certified Service Consultant Viviana Mundo though out the day on 17-Sep-2008. She lied to me not once, but on several occasions. We had the worst experience at Christines Restaurant. We were seated approx 8:30 and we left the restaurant approx 10:45. Other than our food from being cold, we did not receive condiments. I took out a loan for a motorcycle for low interest rate. Missed one payment and interest was raised to 26.99%! Paid off the loan with another loan that was lower interest rate. During this time I noticed that GE had been charging my account $99 a month for Debt Security. I did not notice this on my statements (my fault) as I paid online each month. My complaint with FNC is that they are simply not competent to perform the service they offer. When I refinanced my mortgage, I sent in new paperwork for bi-weekly auto payments from my checking account to pay my Citi Mortgage. When I first visted this fast food restaurant, 20 years ago in the Principality of Andorra, I enjoyed it! For the past years, 4 perhaps, the quality of the food they serve is...plain rubbish. The burgers, no matter which one it is, are horrible, the meat tastes like it has been frozen for years.
