I guess there is lots of jealousy going on against Viable Dimensions and their management team. I would like to inform you that the rumors which are been rolled out against them are wrong. They are not those people who scam you for few dollars, basically business and money is not the only thing which matters, the thing which matters is long lasting relationship, which they like to keep by showing their hardwork and dedication.

After reading the litigation of the hundreds of people that "Thrill Planet" AKA 1800Skyride has scammed, I find it unbelievable that they are still in business. I have reported my incident to the BBB of Georgia and also the FTC, as well as reporting fraudulent charges to my credit card company. I purchased two hot air balloon tickets from this company. The tickets had no phone numbers, addresses, or names for the actual air balloon company that was providing the service. CH knows that they have no competition in this area and they treat their customers like inconveniences. They had me on hold over a half hour last night just to get a message that they were closing and I could try again later. Today, they had me on hold for over an hour to tell me they'd send a representative sometime today. "Sometime" and I should be happy they were squeezing me. I have used Blockbuster on line service for two years now and in the beginning the service was excellent, however, after two years now the service is the worse, I signed up for three at a time, and now I get one at a time, they had and increase and I said nothing when they just took the money from my account without be notified, I was told by several people after a while they do this so you will quit, and they hope you will rejoin, but you will not get the same plan you started with, at this time you get a coupond for one free movie each... read full review »

Took my car in to have the window regulator fixed on it just a few weeks after I bought the car (the car already had the problem and in my opinion should have been fixed before put on the lot!!!) Apex Finance company in Rome GA is bad about harassment. They are a part of Security Finance Co. based in S.C. or N.C. I think. I forgot to pay my bill and the very next day they called me at work. I told her not to call me at work and she immediately called me on my cellphone. I told her they would never get me to borrow from them again and hung up, and she called me right back. CIS Worldwide appeared to be very professional and well established public records database site. I accessed the site claims to public records for a one time fee usually $39.95. However this is misleading, what you are paying for is "credits" to do different searches for public records in their database. So in terms of "unlimited" that only applies until your money runs out at which time you must purchase more "credits". I was misguided by the banking personal Elizabeth S.Lively, regarding my checks problem.She did not have mean knowledge about her Job, and just misleaded me. I am extremely disappointed in the Sealy Pillowtop Mattress which I purchased at the end of May, 2007, from JC Penney. I started noticing this problem in February, 2008 and called them. All he really cares about is the money and delay tactics to wear you down so you just say forget it. I recently got a letter from Standard Trust and Finance INC stating that I won $95, 000.00. In that letter i got a check for $2, 950.00 to pay government taxes of my winnings. I call the Claim Agent Jones Brian he seemed so desperate to deposit the check on my bank account and to call him the next day. I was thinking of depositing the check and wait until it cleared and then pay the taxes luckly I check out this website and help me with all the answer I had on my mind. A typical excuse used to turn down your claims at eSecuritel is "No cause for damage". If you cant give them an overly detailed "accidental event" that you can prove you didn't cause, your "Rejected".
Prepare your story because they claim to tape you. Always request a copy thru your cell company, that's what got me my blackberry! My carrier even got them to send me a new one, that's almost unheard of. I canceled my insurance then and there!!
Smaller companies become bigger companies by limiting the numbers of claims they accept, making ever changing "interrupting" of their terms of service. read full review »

A family friend, 24 years old, went to Crittenton hospital in Rochester MI seeking treatment for a very rapidly growing form of testicular cancer. His cancer has quadrupled in the six weeks since he has been diagnosed. He does not have insurance, but waiting for treatment is not an option.

I made reservations at this Motel and even though I am cancelling a "year" in advance, they pretty much told me I am out of the $500+ that I spent on the room reservations. I have never heard of ANY Motel that did not have some kind of a refund policy, mostly when this room was booked for the Americade weekend when ALL motels are fulled to capacity. Rebate checks never received, they claimed it had been sent but returned (in fact: incomplete address, typo), ask to verify the address--but no checks nor follow up ever since, I had tried to contact all their numbers, email, fax, through mail and fax. No response at all.

My friends and I were victims of a violent bouncer who screamed at us, spitted on me and yelled using an innappropiate language. I had my 2000 Toyota Tundra truck taken to Day Toyota for inspection this September, as I did every year. Only this year I was told they could not inspect my truck because the frame was rusted out above one of the rear wheels. They never mentioned any problem with the frame in prior years and all of my service was done by them. They said Toyota could do nothing about the problem because they had no problems with the Tundra frames, only the Tacoma Truck frames. The hotel is charging us an additional $350 for "smoking" in the room. Neither my husband nor myself have EVER smoked. A movie was in the drive. I filed a Paypal complaint, they 'tricked' me into cancelling it, so now I have no recourse at all.
