I ordered the sample Green Tea pills for appox. $3.95. After the order was placed I received an email confirmation where it stated I would be charged. No where when ordering was there an accepted statement saying I would be charged on a regular basis for $79.95. I have a Nordic Track Eliptical it continues to have the same problems. I bought my extended warrenty through Sears at the time of purchase for 3 years. Sears sold my warrenty to UTS who now services my eleptical. I also ordered a complete collection set from these people and yes, more than 50% of the discs were unplayable. Several were scratched and the paper labels they used are just not a good idea in the first place as they eventually warp the discs. My credit card was NOT charged twice and I have not observed any further charges by them. What a horrid business. I was told, on the phone, by their Sales Department I was to receive a Cappuccino colored Barbados futon, as depicted on their website… and a Walnut futon was delivered. I signed up with Transcendent Innovations about 3 weeks ago. I did as was told, completed and offer off one of their third party sites of which went "green" a few days later money is being taken out of my credit card of which i have absolutely no knowledge of and never authorized. Also, of sites and businesses i have never even heard of. This is completely unacceptable I now have to cancel my credit card in fear of what is going to be taken out next or even more possible fraudulent payments. On October 3, 2008 my bank account was charged through my debit card number for $99.95 by Alpha Red Inc. without my permission. Thankfully on October 8, 2008 it was reimbursed. My wife and I have spoke to the management at this facility on numerious occasions, concerning the door leading to the racquetball court. This door does not close properly which could lead to someone being seriously injured. Also the smell of mold in that area could be a health hazard. It is requested that these two issues be corrected as soon as posssible. Management at this facility is very supportive put it seems that complaints fall on deaf eyes at the top. With a name like Tutortime one would expect to have trained professionals working within these facilities however that is not the case. Children have little stimulation from untrained staff whom are mostly children themselves. Further, there is always a new face working there. The owner is completely out of touch with the lack of developmental stimulation, training and operates this franchise like a puppy mill. I ordered a Halloween costume from their website and it has not been shipped out as of yet. I have tried to call the phone number listed on their website 5 times and no one picks up. I have sent e-mails to three different e-mail addresses (all listed on their website) and have not received a response.
