Essentials Gold - Citibank

$179.95 was charged to my Citibank credit card as a purchase of Essentials Gold. I have no knowledge of this purchase. When I called the Essentials Gold phone number listed on my Citibank bill, the voice recording indicated Essentials Gold was a membership program. I had never heard of it nor had I ever signed up for it.
I called Citibank and insisted the charge be removed from my account. I told them that a search of the Internet indicated that this was a scam in which Citibank knowingly participated.
The operator (in India) agreed to remove the charge.

18 Litre drinking cooler Water

A few days ago I bought an 18 Litre cooler water from whole sale store at Cofederation and Central parkway in Mississauga ON.
The water has avery strong bad taste as it has been collected from
a muddy pond with with no flowing water.
I wonder if there is any authority who is responsible for testing or controling the water quality, if, it is safe to drink or not?
In case there is such an office or organization to look after this problem, please direct me to bring the water for testing to that office.

in april of 2007, i paid Eric Gillette with Gsolutions $6, 000 to design a series of sites. These people will milk you for money. The community isn't fully developed yet, so they've got a 3rd party "managing" the HOA dues. They've already hit the community twice this year with "special assessment" charges on top of the HOA premium.
Do not purchase a home from Bowen unless you're ready to continuously pull out your checkbook. read full review »

I took out a 3 for 30 package and was charged £30 each month. I upgraded on line to Large Broadband for an extra £7/month. Recently I was checking my bank statements and found that they are drawing £10 per month extra. Also, some months they have charged me twice.
I called them and they said they had removed some of my discounts without notifying me. When I took the product it was not a time limited offer where discounts would be removed thereafter and now I'm at a loss about how I can get my money back.

I filled up with regular gas.I could not see the amount of gallons purchased.The gas attendant said I owed $25.76 .I gave him cash of a twenty dollar bill and a five.I received 20 some cents back.I told him that $25.00 cash is way too much for 8.8 gallons at $244.9 a gallon.I saw the gas price and it was $21.76.I told him that he over charged me by $3.00.He insisted he gave me $3.00 back.I said you didn't.I told him the point is I would have given him$ 21.76 because I had ones.I told him he lied about the price.He changed the subject over... read full review »

I just want to say the managers at Ross Store Inc. in Farmington, NM downgrade their employees where others can hear and never compliment the good work they do. I want to suggest the higher ups whoever they may be visit this store and talk with the employees on how they are being treated by two of these managers. In my opinon these are not the type of people who can build a good reputation for your company. I think the turnover rate should speak volumes about the type of management on hand at this time. I spoke to a Carecredit representative about overdue bills made by my daughter on a dental loan I co-signed. Carecredit was calling my home 4-5x a day everyday. I have very good credit and didn't want this account to reflect badly on my credit report.
An agreement was made between Carecredit and myself. They put me on their "hardship" accts. The agreement was $27 min payment for 9 months with no late fees or financial charges accruing. I spent the whole day waiting for my FedEx package today, checking the tracking number every couple of hours. Needless to say, it was important to me and supposed to have been delivered today, Oct 24, 2008. Last time I checked the tracking number was at 5:30pm and it said there was an attempted delivery (A LIE!) at 5:01pm, but that I was not at home!!! RPM is calling my phone trying to collect from someone I do not know. The only thing I have in common with the person they are trying to find is my last name. I tried to find out how they got my number and they were very rude and refused to answer my questions. They even hung up on me when I insisted that I talk to a supervisor. How is it legal for these collection agencys to randomly call innocent people. I am on a do not call list but that doesn't stop them. I hope this complaint helps read full review »

I have continually called and spoke to WFFB to correct my account. The account was taken out on May, 2006 with a balance of $3, 500. The amount that they are saying today 10/24/08 is still @ $3.282.60. I have asked repeatedly for WF to review my account and send me documentation of all of the payments that I have paid. I requested that insurance payments be removed from the account over a year ago, and they would not remove the insurance even though I was not able to use it when I needed it. I have not seen the new barn at the Silver lining, but I do know Dianne and her reputation is spotless. I have bought many horses over the years from Dianne and I send my customers to her first. If I am looking for a horse I will call Dianne before anyone else. I do not think Dianne is actually a trainer at the Silver Lining or anywhere else, but she does keep her horses there. I purchased a 305 chevy motor for my 1987 firebird hadnt got of the lot two blocks tranny fluid was leaking and the car started smoking. To add to that the power streering wasnt working right cause it wasnt refilled.
