Their real company name is Photos R Us. The man in charge "Brad" who doesn't even have his full name on his card is a conman and makes it seem like you are passing up an immediate opportunity if you think or wait too long. Getting e-mails stating I have won the lottery. Some guy named Kevin J. Aronin Chairman & CEO is signed at the bottom. Once I searched the web for this guy it indicated a lottery scam and the address provided on the e-mail does not exist and he lives or works out of another address. It appears that he gets our e-mail address. Why is he not caught and thrown in jail? The e-mail sent to me came from this e-mail addy: [email protected] Get this crook! Please. Outrageous cleaning and painting charges for an rental house that was already clean upon move-out. Cleaning charges: $350, carpet cleaning charges: $175, painting charges: $450. Management refused to produce invoices or expense receipts to prove the actual cost of these services. They also charged a $90 fee for 3 holes in a bedroom carpet that had been listed on the move-in inspection report as having been damage from a previous tenant. They refused to refund the $90.
