I have made an investment with this company and am getting no information back from them apart from the run around! I paid $3300 as a fee to start an arbitrage account with there company and also invested $1000 into a trading account. They have given me a trading account web address which actually looks promising, but when you ask for a withdrawal they don't do it! I have been waiting for 4 months and all I'm getting is bullshit excuses! I am a wee bit pissed that there is no way for the government to stop this sort of crap!
So if there is any chance I can help stop people from falling into this trap I'll be stoked!

I resolved any issues that I had with Columbia DVD Club over a year ago. At that time I requested and was informed that my account with the club was cancelled. Now one year later I receive a bill for $99.00 stating that I did not fulfill my obligations with the club to order and pay for selections. Nations 1st Communicatons LLC charged to my AT&T bill for voice mail monthly fee, amount $13.86. I never asked for any of their services, never received any mail or email from them. nobody from my family asked for their services .
I want them delete my name and address, and phone number from their database, and stop charge to my AT&T bill.

I have been trying to cancel the order I made for the tea for five months. I cannot find a number to call and they will not return email requests. They are however, charging my credit card twice now. Once from a companty called Livelifelean ($19.95) and WuYi Tea ($29.95). I am not sure how to stop this company. I feel sick reading some of the other complaints. UNBELIEVABLE! My ex husband, who lived in Lillooet, BC had a subscription with Bell ExpressVu. He had ordered NFL ticket cuz he luvs football. Unfortunately, on sept 6 2008, he died suddenly. I am the executrix of his will. I live in Winnipeg, MB. My husband ordered a free sample of Hoodiburst Gum from Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc. He was only supposed to pay for shipping. The box comes in the mail and there are two other products in the box that he didn't order and his credit card got billed for all of this. I had bid on a diamond and one it. Did all the payment things then they turn around and said they had internet issues with people that could not bid because of this. They had returned my money to my account in full I am not sure as of yet until I receive my statement. I had no issues with my internet and if they had complaints about the interuption on the connection then I am quite sure they would have them in their mail as complaints, dated and timed all around the time it had ended. OAN Long Distance

I have my Verizon land line temporary disconnected for 6 months in which I'm charge bare minimum.
My current Verizon Bill has a 19.30 charge from OAN Long Distance Services 1-800-944-0171. I did not give any approval for this service.
For years, I use my cell phone for long distance calling.
I called OAN and after a lot of ranting and raving on my part, they agreed to take off the charges. I am furious with OAN for getting me so upset. I wish to take this complaint further so other innocent people don't get taken like this. read full review »

After ordering AutoPilot Sales Formula, I was billed but never received any product. Then a month later (still no product), I was billed a monthly charge. No calls have ever been returned and replies on his website say that the items are on there way. After >45 days I'm pulling the plug. As an affiliate, I have made 2 sales (webhosting). Even considering that the new customer has a right to witdraw his purchase and get a refund, I should get my first commission payment (100$) already long time as the sale was made in August. Contacting Jumplaunch via contact form on the affiliate webpages or sending e-mails didn't work. Their 24/7-phone service turned out to be not working. Cohen & Slamowitz placed a lien on my bank account saying they had a default judgment against me for non payment of Capital One credit card. They never served me. They had sent collection letter, to which I replied I had a complaint against Capital One and my only source of income was social security. The lien was placed on 10/3. To my great surprise I was sued and now my wages are being garnished. Apparently the laws of this country does not apply to Mr Harris & Co. I got no notice of the debt, no summons and no opportunity to defend myself. The only notification was when I received a notice from my job that my wages were being garnished. I PURCHASED AN ESTATE REFRIDGERATOR THE LAST OF MAY 2008, IT RAN FOR LESS THAN 50 HOURS AND IT QUIT COOLING. Was lied to, Scion doesn't have them on any of their cars. Just returned from a cruise on the Oosterdam arriving in San Diego on November 1. We had taken the same cruise last year in December and had a good experience. The food quality has substantially decreased since our cruise a year ago.

I lost over $140, 000 because I had a will made out by legal zoom.
I was the sole beneficuary in the will but because all the assets were in bank accounts and cd's etc I received nothing.
No mention or question from legalzoom asking about this . NO MENTION of how this works!
I believe any attorney would cover this, if not they should not be in law.
I would never again trust any on line legal firm to prepare papers for me!
