Very bad marketing stategy. Product information indicated there was a 30 Trial period, and only pay the shipping and handling charge, now being told it was only to be 14 days. Last April, I referred a friend to Work Out World, where I go to the gym. Because of this, I was entered in a drawing and won a free T.V. I was out for 2 months after surgery, and when I came back, I was given the run around every time I inquired about the T.V. After MONTHS of asking for my prize, I finally was told by the 5th manager I spoke to that my T.V. was "stolen" and because of my troubles I would get a few free months and a T.V. I purchased a new introduced vending machine called Snack Tower. They were brand new to the market. I have had nothing but problems with them since I in stalled them on Feb, 2, 2007.
