I was online looking at grants.gov. I spent an entire evening looking and filling out different questionaires and forms. I do not remember much about the promotion. It must have been entirely convincing in order for me to give my bank information over the internent, as I have been scammed before. Hey, like you guys, this weird URL showed up on my bank statement. All you have to do is call them. Put in the URL and it will probably take you to a different site, a "third party" company that handles the payments. Call the customer service or cancellation number on the site. Confirm the last 8 digits of your credit card number. They may ask for your name and full address. After canceling, tell them you want your money back. On 12/5/08 an amount of $49.47 was posted to my bank account for a CHECK CARD PURCHASE XXXXX PAYGATTERBILLCOM XXXXX3151 KN. I did not authorize any company for this amount and did not purchase anything for this amount and I have never heard of this company. I contacted my bank account and put fraud charges against paygatterbill and I will be having my charges returned to me. I believe that I have been contacted by a scavenger debt collector and coerced into giving them my debit card number using illegal debt collection practices. When I was installing the software my virus program kept on coming up a virus has been detected. Why is this so? I disabled my virus program (Avast) and it installed ok. I then ran my virus program and it picked up 4 malware and trojons. I deleted these and it worked ok. I only used it as a test though. never did a tranfere of disk to disk. Could you expl;ain why? I purchased a pair of Ugg boots for my daughter for Xmas on Nov 13, 08. I'm still waiting for the boots to arrive. I checked my credit card statement and I WAS charged for the boots. The web site seems to no longer exist and there is no phone number listed on the info I did save from the web site. I would have been better off paying a little bit extra and ordering from a reputable site. Yep, this guy got me too. I can't believe I didn't check it out before I tried the "free trial" for Colonmed 700. Now my account has been charged for $88.97 by "pomacaicleanse". In a similar vein I ordered the "free trial" for the Acai, and instead of just sending me the Acai, they also sent me Hoodiawater and Gum, and charged me $44.85 for it all. I went to a Fedex Kino's location to scan 2 documents. Had the worst experience of my life and came back seething. Here is the list of things that went wrong: 1. First of all, no signs anywhere stating where the scanner was. I had to hunt around the whole store till I found one. 2. When I looked at the prices, it was 40 cents per minute for the workstation with the scanner. 3.
