I have applyied for a loan modification with US Foreclosure Relief since June of 2008. They took a long time get my modification case started, in fact, I've found on my own by calling my bank (wachovia) in October, that they still have not submitted anything and that they've only received a Borrowers Authorization form in June so they can negotiate on my behalf but that was it!! Hughesnet has to be the biggest scammer in the world. We had successful internet connection via satellite through Direcway before it was purchased by, merged with or whatever with hughesnet. When my modem failed, I call technical support, which by the way is a two-hour ordeal with overseas telehosting. They agreed to ship me an updated modem for $25 plus a two-year plan. I did a search for a round trip flight departing Nashville going to Boston leaving the 9th of Dec. Returning on the 10th. I have been writing checks for 25 years and never had a bounced check or any other problems. Today I wrote a check at Walmart, which I have done probably hundreds of times before, and my check was denied. I totally humilitated in front of a long line of customers and my own mother. I ordered a free sample of acai berry detoxifying pills for $4.99 shipping. To my suprise, not even two weeks later my credit card was charged $89.31USD, that's $115.74 Canadian. The charge was from a company named SIMPLYFITPRO. My order confirmation said that charges on my card would appear on my credit card statement from NUBOBI. I bought 2 pair of Liz&Me Signature Jeans - one black and one green. I have washed the black ones at least four times but am unable to stand the dye fumes so I cannot wear them. The green ones do not have the same oder - however - both of my legs have broken out in a painful rash even after washing them several times. I was able to reach a customer service rep after being on hold for about 25 minutes.
