I was on Amazon one day and seen a sample bottle of Chella Skin care you could order, you just pay shipping $6.95 I ordered it to try it but thought it was no good and that was it. She said that all I had to do is pay shipping for a CD telling me how to go about filling out papers to get the loan.She said nother about the $49.50 that they pulled out of my account!!It was only going to be $2.95 for the shipping and not any more!! Eichenbaum & Stylianou, LLC are known widely for being a 'debt collection' firm in Northern New Jersey. I personally do not consider them to be on the level as an average attorney because an average attorney has a level of ethics in which they maintain. This 'prestigious' firm has absolutely no regard for the rules of court and feel as if they are barred from following normal court procedures. Pollack and Rosen went to court to file a judgment in 1997 against my husband for Columbia Medical Center. Our son had emergency surgery and we did not have medical insurance for him. In 2006 they went back to court and filed to have the judgment vacated. We were very surprised but it was accepted by the court and I believe that made the judgment null and void. Just received a letter today in the mail Dec 2008 that they are attempting to collect on the judgment! I became involved with VacationsOnly (aka TimeshareOnly) in 2004 at a cost of $400 and a promise that they would actively pursue the resale of my Timeshare. I submitted the rebate form two weeks ago but Sirius claims they have not received it. It still have not shown up on their tracking web site . Sirius just keeps giving me the run around but won't help me get the issue. They told me to resubmit the claim but the original UPC code was mailed in the initial rebate request. I did attempt to claim a gift card I had won, but did not ask for a membership. To make matters worse, I was trying to appeal medicaid, finding out my past year of treatments (when I was out of work) was not working, and facing surgery in October, and going thru counseling weekly. Holmes transport closed there doors on December 1, 2008. They owed us $21, 000.00. They have collected from the shipper and have taken all of money and not forwarded any on to us or the other carriers. It just doesn't seem right that brokers can make this money and not have even a fraction of the expense that the carriers have. The Drexelbrook community management has a contract with RCN as the sole provider of cable services to the community residents (1223 individual apartments). I have been a Sage customer for over ten years. I recently asked them about a $9.50 FCC line charge after reading the Texas PUC regulations limiting the charge to $6.50. Sage informed me that Texas PUC has no juridiction over their charges. After speaking to the Texas PUC I found out that the $6.50 limit is in fact limited to the incumbent provider (ATT)and that Sage can charge whatever they can get by with. I then chose to quit Sage.
