This company has sent a notice stating that my husband owes T-Mobile $ 1, 061.73, from 2002 we have never used T-Mobile and we have had the same service since 1999 which is not T-Mobile. When I asked them to send me proof such as a signature they stated that by law they do not need to and that they had a photo ID when I asked for them to send me such proof because to have that, they have to have a signature no just sends a photo ID out to anyone. I ordered flowers from Proflowers.com in March 2008. Every month after that I was charged $14.95 for some Easy Saver Program that I have no idea what it is and never signed up for it. I was charged a total of 10 times. My bank can't do anything about it because the claims go back to far. I called Easy Saver and demanded my money back. They are supposedly issuing me my money back within 10 days. I also called Proflowers.com and they are well aware that this is happening and could care less. When I filed a claim of ove $13000 for malicious vandalism and theft (proven by metro police investigations) they refused my claim saying "the photos don't look like anything more than normal living wear and tear", and I was told that I could not prove that I did not do the damage myself. read full review »

I bought a 32 inch HDTV/DVD combo from Walmart. I had to return one of the items I bought and lost the reciept in the process. I also bought the extended 2 year warrantee in the process. I also got caught in this scam. They at least sent an email confirmation and I found their 800# on all of the charges they put on my card through my online banking acct. They operate under different names and have different phone numbers so it's difficult to track them, let alone know what the actual name of the company is to try and track them. I signed up for this credit card to supposedly boost my credit score. In the eight months that I had the credit card I was received two billing statements from them, which in order to keep my account in good standing I was forced to pay online which they charge you an additional $7 the next month. City Clerk's Office hours are 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday thru Fridays. This company starts calling a government office from the time we get into work until the time we close business for the day. They go so far as to call during the weekends even though the offices are closed. There must be a law that discourages companies like these from contacting employees at their work place, because calls like these are considered a personal nature, and should not be placed during working hours. read full review »

On 12/12/2008 I ordered a free trial of acai berry. I kept getting calls from them telling me that they are going to ship more of the product to me. I repeatedly told them that I didn't want anymore. We ordered a TV from TVs depot on December 8, 2008 nothing ever happened with the order, they did not ship it, or say when they would ship it. We cancelled the order on December 14, per instructions on there web site, a company representative named Eddie called us back a few minutes latter and confirmed the cancellation. On December 23 we got a email saying that they shipped a TV. I called Eddie at TVs Depot, his response he did not have any record of the cancellation, it was our problem. He is a liar.
