I WAS a customer of this tire shop for 6+ years. I went in for my regularly scheduled tire rotation which they claim is included when you purchase the tires. They OF COURSE told me that we needed 4 brand new tires however, it wasn't a dire need and he would drive on these tires for another 2 months or so. I received text message from 88588 since Nov., I thought they are just junk message and deleted them, but my Rogers bill came out very high, because each of the message was charged $2.00. I didn't apply anything from either Rogers or Trivia. I feel it is kind of illegal trick stuff. I have tried for many hours to contact Expedia by phone at 13 pence per minute and no one answers. I have written 7 e-mails and they reply telling me to phone. I have sent them my number and no one calls. I now face a loss of business because I cannot change a flight. I normally never use Expedia for my monthly intercontinental flight. I never will again.
