food is of sub standard quality, items advertised on menu do not actually get brought out on the plate and no extra replacement or expalnation. The children's meals are extremley poor value and the side portions consist of baked beans (eight and toamato juice) and munch crunch veg (two strips of cucumber, 2 grapes, no carrott as advertised). Chips are often burnt and the mashed potato comes in one hard lump and can quite easily cause young children to choke as it did mine. It is outrageous that our local Dunkin Donuts in Damariscotta Maine has decided to raise the Senior Citizen discount age from 55 to 65. The availability of this discount was a breath of fresh air in the current economic environment. DD’s was a place where people ages 60-62 could go have coffee and breakfast at a reasonable price.
I recommend that local’s age’s 55 – 64 boycott DD’s in Damariscotta.
Tim Horton franchises are on the rise in this area and I can’t wait for one to come to Damariscotta! read full review »

After contracting American Craftsman Pools and Spas, spring maintenance was performed on my new spa. The maintenance person left his keys on the spa cover while talking on his cell phone, as he was flipping over one half of the cover to clean the spa. I told them they had to install by 8am they said no problem, when they didn't show up I find out they open at 10am. I work nights so I wanted an early install so I can find a baby sitter and get some sleep. When I called to complain my sales man wanted to fight me and called me a lair. After all this was fixed ( I had to change the install date) they did a crappy job. I had to call them to fix it once and it is messed up again. For several months known theives come in and we haven't been able to catch them due to them running out before security, if they are available, or management shows up. When my daughter arrived in LA she was collected along with 3 or 4 other people by a foreign man driving the Super shuttle . She describes the man as middle aged about 60ish with an accent possibly Russian or Ukranian. I am sure you will be able to find out who he is because of the booking information.

I am being avictim of Fraud by www.fit-fac.com. I have no idea what this business is about but googleing it, I found out that it is related to a free promotion that is offered in the internet to receive a FREE bottle of ACAI diet supplement -only needing to pay the shipping (around $5.00).

Steer clear of PWC! They seem to have absolutely incompetent tax preparers who can't count. Basically, I'm a US-expat who lived in the UK. PWC was provided as the service we could use for preparing our taxes in both the US & UK. On my Tax equalization statement (keeps the balance between the countries), I was informed of a very nice refund due me. Great, I sign the papers & wait. Everything is fine. I rarely use my JCPenney credit card. I made a purchase on Black Friday (date after Thanksgiving). I was pregnant and due on December 15th. So at the beginning of December I went through and paid all my bills but since I didn't yet have a statement from JCPenny, I logged into my account online and the due date was 12/31/08. This is what I have done so far:
I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Riverton, Utah. That is where ACAIASLIM & BROMOLITE are shipped from. Then I filed a complaint with BBB Las Vegas.
Keep a copy of all correspondence sent and any return packages put a tracker on it.
Call 866-407-1022 for Fit-Fac.
877-317-0189 for Acaiaslim & Bromolite and I'll bet all the other supplements.
I live on the West Coast of Canada and called around 5pm.

I ordered a high chair from this website for my niece who is expecting a baby girl. The shower is Jan. 20. Despite placing this order three weeks early, the website has not reflected the sale. I took my coat to this cleaners to be cleaned. I was charged $7.99 to clean it. I went to pick it up and i noticed the coat looked like how i dropped it off. There was dirt on the collar, near the button holes and sleeves. They told me they would get it cleaned and it would be ready by Wednesday. I go on Wednesday and it was not ready. Beware UPS hidden fees. I used the UPS store on Cambie near 18th yesterday. I asked whether they did regular postage. The man said yes, put my large envelop on a non-metered scale and charged me $3.52. The impression was clearly that the 3.52 was based on metering.
