I ordered table linens for my wedding which was held on New Years' Eve. The cost to cover 8 tables and 80 chairs was $765. My rental period was for one week, in my case Monday to Monday. I was to have UPS pick them up using the prepaid stickers supplied. As instructed I had a pickup scheduled for exactly one week later (while I was on my honeymoon). I returned and boxes were gone so I assumed all went well. I received a bill (already charged to my credit card on file) for an additional week of rental. They showed me unit plans for condo that was going to be 920 square feet once completed. Once completed the condo was only 800 square feet, which is a big difference for a unit that size. The unit did not appraise for the original listed price of $326, 000. I ordered three items from online from the Gas Products Company. After paying in full, the company called to inform me “it was on back order, and would be about two weeks for delivery”. After three weeks, I called to inquire as to the delivery status, and I was told by Denise Myers, that the order would be about an additional two weeks”. I had a new home built from Nader Homes & was promised that the home would take 9 mos. The project was delayed by 6mos due to Nader Homes not capable of keeping a project manager on the job. We had 3 project manager quit during the project and by the end the project had no project manager. Tube assemblies on dishwashers have cheap clamps that don't hold the tubes tight and it floods your house. Tube falls off and you don't know it since the flood is under the sink area and corrodes the wood. The technician agreed. They need to get rid of their cheap clamps that are loose and pop off, and put the product together correctly and not charge the consumer for their goofs and defects, regardless of their 1 year warranty. On October 27th I ordered a 38" Monte Carlo Fan and hadn't received it but during that time I was told that it was to large for my ceiling so I reordered a smaller 28" Colony Fan. This company has the monopoly on telephone service to and from jails throughout the Country. Their pricing is astronomical. When pre paid on a credit card, they charge the cardholder an activation fee, EVEN after you have an acct. set up. On top of that, they charge a connection fee for each call AND the minutes dwindle quickly from the INFLATED cost of calls. $25.00 can be used up in less than ten minutes. This company fradulently changed my long distance provider from Verizon and then charged me for it. I never knowingly changed my account information and they had me listen to a tape of a man speaking so faast I couldn't understand what he was saying. I know that if I had ever spoken with this man I would have asked him to repeat himself. I know I am not the only one that this happened to. I have had a board with xsorbit for 6 years.. I pay 39.00 per month .. last month they double billed me and that was ok ..because when I contacted them they said that I would not be billed the following month .. On January 19th .. We had signed a contract with them regarding the selling of our truck. They had found a buyer for us. We signed the contract in September of 2008, and there hasn't been a payment made yet!! We have not received a copy of the contract signed by the seller. International Marine and Auto Investments gave our truck away without following their own contract. The sales person was very deceiving when explaining the 30-day trial and the agreement she required to be able to participate. I was told I had to pay a $49.95 deposit for the 30-day trial that would be forfeited if I did not work out 12 days out of a 30-day period. I have never ordered from this company, yet today I found a charge on account for 14.95 to them. I called my bank and they gave me a phone number to call. I called and the person I spoke with, I told them to cancel or whatever they had to do to erase me from their system and make sure they never again charged my account. I do not know who these people are. They have been calling for a year now. I decided to push #1 during one call to speak to a representative. I tried to explain I was on the NO CALL REGISTRY and would they please stop calling my home. The woman at the other end tod me their calls were a non soliciting call there fore too bad for me. I received a charge from E Financial for $199 on 12/26/08. I did not authorize these charges so on 1/29/09 I called the number on my statement at (602)997-2310. This number has been disconnected. This company does not reveal their return policy until you've already received the product. I ordered a game that was not what I was expecting it to be. The box was not plastic wrapped, but the contents were. I did not open anything that was factory sealed. Their rules state that if the product is not in factory condition they will ship it back at your cost. I was afraid that by opening the box I had broken the rule. In Dec, 2008, my husband ordered the Carol Burnett Show dvd box set from TV ShowMonster.com and it took several weeks to arrive. It was supposed to be a Christmas present for his mom. In early January it finally arrived via USPS. First we noticed that the product had come from Shanghai, China and the manifest was in Chinese! I thought Red Flag!! This has been such a mess for me! I ordered the Acai Berry on a "low" day... And ever since, i've endured nothing but bogus charges on my credit card! I purchased this warranty in November of 2004, paying an extra fee to get the "guarantee price refund, " where you get your premium refunded if you don't use your policy in the four year period. Last night ITV showed an edition of the Katy Brand Big Ass show that clearly took a swipe at the Islamic way of life and also attempted to defame the character of Jesus in an attempt at humour.
