Dr Vadecha treated my child in two visits, one to place the braces on thn the next was for a follow up. On the follow up visit he stated he thougt my son needed to have four teeth extracted, after the visit before he said he could treat him without extractions. This apartment management company tells lies to everyone. When I signed my lease agreement I was told I would spend about $40 in utilities which paid water, sewer, and trash. In reality it is close to $70. When they make an error the attempt to charge you $10 through the utility management company and $60 through the apartment management company. We purchased a GAP policy with a local dealership for a 2006 Ford Focus. The vehicle was totaled in DEC 08. There was an extension on the vehicle for a month but that was it. Based on their policy of using an amortization calcuator and utilizing the lowest of the payment history versus what the bank paid off. Their policy is to utilize the lesser of the two. I have called numerous times trying to get a RMA to return my free trial that I no longer want and every time I do I am put on hold for about 5 minutes then they hang up on me. there is no way to e-mail them to get the RMA and they do not answer the phone to give it to me.
