purchased a lowrance iway 100m. the cd was defective. eBuyer.com would not replace it with a working mapcreate 6.3 for my gps. had to call paypal and discover card to reverse my charges, but they were no help either. lowrance finally helped me by 1) warning me to stay away from etailers like eBuyer.com, and 2)they sent me a "real cd" mapcreate for my gps. so cheers to lowrance, and jeers to eBuyer.com. Purchased a refill service through Ebay. After two months and 4 emails, they have yet to respond or to send my battery. Paypal says that it is after their "magic" 45 day period, so it looks like I'm out $109. I purchased a luggage item from eBags on Jan. 18, 2009. Received order confirmation, with expected delivery on Jan. 21, 2009. I subsequently sent an email asking them to price match to a competitor's website. I received an email on Jan. 19 in the morning saying that eBags will price match and send me a credit. Late in the afternoon, received another email from eBags saying that they are canceling order. I believe that their so-called price match policy is a fraud. I ordered an item to be shipped by USPS. Four business days later the item had not yet been shipped, nor had I recieved any notice regarding my order at all, or any response to my emails questioning the status of my order (but my credit card WAS charged $86, of course). I then emailed cancelling the order, and the same day recieved an acknowlegement of my cancellation. That's great, but... WHERE'S MY REFUND? I placed an order for 2 BLM-01 LiON batteries and a Kingston 1Gb CF Card for my wife's Olympus camera. I paid for 2 day service. These were to be Mother's Day gifts. I added a note to the Invoice that it WS FOR MOTHER'S DAY. As of Mother's day May 11, 2008 the order had not arrived. I was in hospital until Saturday and unable to check on delivery. I checked my e-mails Sunday to find that the items (all allegedly IN STOCK per their order form & site) WERE NOT SHIPPED UNTIL MAY 9th! I bought a shure e3c and e4c for myself and for my wife. The price is decent (compared to other online stores) but what attacts me to buy is the price after coupon. There was no problem when I used the coupon. They called me if I want my shure e3c to be delivered first before the e4c because they don't have it in stock. Bought a Eaglebit 1T external USB drive (Part#EB-250-00165) It worked for a good while, but then slowly started to malfuntion. Knowing that yes its been a while I had a good idea this item wasn't covered under warranty any longer, but the main point I want to make here is what I found after scratching off the "warranty void if removed or tampered" stickers. This is the worst company I have ever done business with. I have ordered twice trhough this company now and each time there were problems. The first time I had to call the company after not receiving my items, and was told that the tracking number sent to me was wrong and for another person. Do not use e-Xcessories! I ordered a Kodak Easyshare V610 Digital Camera from them in November 2007, because they were the only shop with it in stock, or so they claimed. Despite having the PayPal logo on their home page, they made me pay with WorldPay, who I have never used before. Ordered almost a month ago, couldn't get any service, nor what i ordered. Worst communication i've ever seen. They clearly stated that they sent me my order, but never gave me a tracking number (using XpressPost). They obviously don't care at all about their customers, even tho their website state otherwise. I have purchased a Bowflex within the past 2 years and applied for a credit line with their partner in financing HSBC/HRS. Since recieving this "credit card" (I have never actually seen a card), I have had trouble on numerous accounts of recieving bill by mail statements late. I went through all the PSI seminars. Some I enjoyed more than others however I learned something valuable from each one. I think psi 7 was the best, I personally didnt like Mens Leadership. Now, for all the people putting bad press you have to realize that you are the one to look at. I know I didnt like MLS because I am not an outdoors kind of guy, I dealt with it, learned from it. I purchased a 2004 Nissian Sentra from Faulkner of Quakertown in May of 2008. By October my engine had blown up. When I took it to Faulkner they said it would be covered by the factory warranty and sent it to a Nissian dealership. This Nissian dealership informed me that Faulkner had brought my exact vehicle in there a couple months before I bought it with the same problems and they had told Faulkner then that the warranty had been voided.
