Ordered all of my graduation party stuff from them, cake, buns, and sweet rolls as we were having a brunch. They open at 6am. I was waiting in their parking lot and had to call them at 6:10 am to let me in. They had my cake ready, but that was all. Nothing else was ready for me. I have had an insurance policy through JC Penny (now GEMB) for more years than I can recall. I am ALWAYS on time with my payments. Recently I set up auto-pay for the $16.30 monthly fee. Evidently their computer system didn't pick up the payment until the next month. Now they have me listed with the Credit Bureaus as having paid late. I would like to get this removed. Three weeks after ordering 17 storm windows they came in the wrong size due to an error the store personel made while ordering. After reordering the windows they came in the wrong size again.
