We have been SCAMMED by OFDATE.com we requested a software advertised on their website and we never got it. They actually sent us an older version and did not give us access to the software. We tried many times to sort out the matter to give us what we ordered, but they where unresponsive and never answering my emails and their phone is always on the answering machine. I think funny that they advertise "mail to 2.3 million targeted visitors", I believe they never have seen a targeted visitor. I bulk email marketing like this has on average 1 visitor per 1 million emails send. And don't let you get fooled, 90% of those mails will end in the junk folder. I received a membership card from SENTINEL PROTECT, along with a pin number. In the package was a $1oo.00 Wal-Mart REBATE and activation code. I keyed in the activation code at walmartrebates.com, and they didn't take. The computer had a paragraph explaining that I needed to get the $100.00 walmartrebate from www.getretailrebates.com. I keyed in this address, and it would not take the activation code. From what I can understand, I am supposed to be able to purchase items and then print the rebates. I purchased a king-sized Simmons Beautyrest mattress set from Easy Life Furniture in 2004. I paid about $1800 for the set and recommended bed frame. Had a refrigirator that required a defrost unit repair on the freezer. Was under factory warranty. A and E tecnician came to repair on a Friday. Installed new part. He told us he was in a hurry and that the unit should start cooling in about 15 minitues and if it didnt call the 800 number and they will return. Set up a 3 month payment plan using my visa card for a $300 debt with US Cellular. The company wasn't able to receiving the first payment of $98 in full so they just took out half the first day then the remainder a couple of days later. Even though they were able to retrieve the full amount of the first agreed upon payment they still report this account to the Credit Bureaus and now they're saying I must pay in full before they can remove it.
