I had storm damage done to my house which included a tree falling on my front porch/deck which caused damage to the deck and siding. Wind and hail damage to the roof plus siding was ripped off. The insurance company will not contact me, answer me or settle this claim. I have contacted them several times by phone and by fax. This has been going on for almost a year. I filled a complaint with the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Growth. I am still waiting to get my house fixed. My contractor is Davis Construction. Contact Tim at 517-588-9785. The first complaint was about the hotel. I was unsatisfied with having no privacy on the balcony and also there were waterbugs on the balcony. I travel to Myrtle Beach every year and this was the worst experience I ever had. It was not a hotel I stayed at it was a motel and it was not worth the money. My clothes in the room was wet from the mist in the room. the bath tube was clogged up. I didn't make an issue because I invited people and I did not want to spoil our trip. Our family of 4 stayed at the Royal Pacific Resort in Orlando Florida April 6-9 of 2009.On the second evening there, I noticed bites on my torso and ankles, but attributed this to mosquitos.When we checked out on the 10th of April, we drove straight back to NC.Our luggage was left open in our downstairs bedroom, and my son took his luggage upstairs to his room.That weekend we all had bites, and noticed that some of our white tee's in the luggage had what looked like bugs on them.We asked a neighbor to come and look, and they said they... read full review »

I too have made a purchase at Motherhood and months later was charged $20 for a magazine. I didn't authorize this and was not asked or told anything about it during my purchase. This came as a complete surprise to me. Finding this complaint board is the only way I knew why this had happened. How is this legal? I did call the magazine and they seem very willing to cancel and give the refund, however they say the order is too new and it not yet in the system. Mr. Manoj from travelmasti booked my ticket and DID NOT CONFIRM whether my current name and passport name are the same. I'm married now and my name has changed after marriage. Since I'm travelling for the first time after marriage, I wasn't aware that the name on the ticket and passport have to match. I put my car in the shop at Mike Smith Nissan on Friday 26th June 2009. I was told that they had to put a thermostatat in my car before they could tell me what was wrong. They kept my car all weekend and promise to call me on monday after they tested because the thermostat was not the solution but that would coast me $325.00. That was not the problem they said but I needed head gaskets and the where about $3000.00. I had to pay them for repairs, but my car was not repaired. I was made an offer by Trinity Development Group to puchase properties in Gulfport, Mississippi area. They required a $25, 000 cashier's check and a $1, 000 personal check as down payment on the property. These were both made out to Harbor Funding on August 14, 2008.

I agreed to have this company take 2.95 out of my account for the kit for grants and they did take the 2.95 out of my account on 5/06/09 and then turned around and took 68.21 out of my account and then they thought that wasnt good enough and took out another 68.21 on 6/11/09 that I did agree to and then this caused my account to be overdrawn and had to pay charges in the sum of 72.00 and I would like my money back I am a retiree and have a fixed income and can not afford to have people just take money from me.

I had a charge on May phone bill concerning zww internet. i called the number on my phone bill and it was a collection agency who gave me zww internet phone number, i called the phone number and talked to a George Lopez there about the account he said i had signed up for internet service, i told him no i didnt i belong with att internet. i told him he either deletes the account and stops charging me or i will call the FCC and the Fedteral trade commission.

Musaddiq Rehman & AHGR8 hired our firm to provide certain creative services. They paid with a check. Immediately, the bank processing the check notified us that there was a hold on the check. We withheld further work on the project -- although work had already been provided in reliance on the check tendered -- until the check was slated to clear. Of course, the check bounced. Not only have they made no attempt to pay for the services already received, make good on the bad check, they actually are attacking our firm for trying to collect! read full review »

Have made SEVERAL attempts at two phone numbers - one listed on original order and one phone number listed on actual bottle. Most times, the numbers ring busy and when you DO get through, you never get to speak with anyone even though you press the option to speak with a customer service person.

I am so disgusted with Con edison. They are trying to turn off my service because they say for non payment when I send money to them every week! I just sent them as a down payment 3000 dollars and they want me to agree to an installment payment agreement which they already know I cannot pay. Their service is poor and disgusting. This scam has been posted previously - however we should always update any changes in the scam so that others who are searching can find out abou this scam. The above paragraph is the opening of a REGULAR mail letter I received. The letter goes on to ask me to call the claims/disburesment agent at 1-647-866-4302. I calle d the number and told BOB that I was calling from the NYS Attorney Generals office.

Peachford hospital does not treat the mentally ill, they abuse them. Recently one of the doctors was indicted on several counts of sexual aggravation of a patient. My brother received a black eye, allegedly from, falling out of a chair. They count on the facts that they are dealing with the mentally ill and the family members will not believe what they are told by the patient, and Georgia has effectively stripped family members of their rights to intervene on the patients behalf.
If you have a mentally ill family member, take them to Emory and never, ever take them to PEACHFORD HOSPITAL. read full review »

They charge my debit card $72.21 that I did not authorize. I authorized $.99 to get information on doing survey work for Yahoo-that is what their advertisement said. I authorized the $.99 on the 22nd of June and on the 25th of June they put the $72.21 through -I did not authorize this. I told the representative on the phone on the 22nd to just cancel the order because I didn't like the way the conversation was going. I had already given my card # for the $.99 and then canceled it all. They took what they wanted anyway. I have been attempting to get a refund in the total amount of $65.00 of wich was charged to my debit card. These charges were never approved by me. The only refund I have received thus far has been $9.95 and $12.95. This leaves a balance of $42.10 to be refunded. I've been attempting to get this resolved since 6/12. I was admitted to Arrowhead Hosp, in Glendale, Az, through Emergency on July 22, 2008. On June 8, 2009 Dr. Napoli sent bill to me for $300.00. This was denied by Secure Horizons because sent too late. Britney at 4807682234 (Med Resourse Systems) tells me I must pay $300.00 or bill will be sent to Collection Agency.
Several people at Secure Horizons tell me I don't owe this amount to Dr. Napoli. (Those I have talked to are Goldie, Gerry, Nella, Laquita, and Kim.) When I talk to Britney, she insists I must pay the $300.00 or else!

I had trouble with them from day one. I was quoted the siding for my home would take a week to finish. They finished in 2 - 3 days! They had to come back numerous times for poor work (siding falling off, work not performed well at all)!! The manager had come out and had a portion of the back of my house redone by another contractor! This happened 2-3 times (different contractors every time).

I purchased a Champion four season, over $35, 000 sunroom a copuple of years ago. I immediatley had bugs entering the screens. Bees and Wasp infiltrated my home. I have lived in the home over 15 years and the only time bees have entered is when I have the a screened window open on the sunroom.
There claim to enjoy the comforts of indoors with the pleasure of being outdoors is false. The only time I can use the room is with either the heat or air on because there is no breeze because I cannot open the windows.

I wished that I had read the other complaints listed here on Camper's Paradise before I took my family their for our vacation this past week!!
This place was very disappointing in most aspects. To me it was a desperate attempt by the management to collect as much money as they can before they go out of business. It truly appeared that desperate to me.
The facilities, to be fair, were OK. Most everything needed repair or at least upkeep but for the most part fucntioned.

I used Intelius to get information on a telephone numbers that was on my cell phone, they could not find any information and said no charges would be put on my credit card. The next month I seen a charge for $19.95 for some type of credit card protection service that I was not aware I had agreed to, after calling Intelius they said on the second page of the agreement was the part about the protection sevice.
They said they would cancel the rest of the monthly charges for the service but not the initial $19.95.

When I used their online ordering system it was an awful experience. It does not give the customer the chance to review, confirm, or edit information. Once entered, it proceeds to ask you if you want another item, just for S&H. When you say no, it makes you confirm the NO. But it never has you confirm the order, terms and conditions. Once you say NO for the final time on the last of about 6 items, it submits the order and says thank you. No phone number on the website or the email confirmation. Just a noreply email address.
